Okay, here is another “research” and/or opinion thread topic. A while back I was wandering thorugh the local pharmacy when I found myself near the condom display. So, purely in the name of scientific research (cough), I glanced through the array of different products to see what I could see. 🙂 First off: I noticed one thing was the variety of “shaped” and “textured” condoms. But I wonder… does it really make a difference? Does anyone notice during sex if a condom has a bump (or bumps), ribs, or a twist??? 😕 Number two: Flavors! Now I doubt there are taste buds “down there” (but what do I know… I’m a guy…). It would seem to me that even flavors would still taste a bit like rubber (no pun intended… really…). Strawberry! Vanilla! Chocolate! and (of course) Banana! Any observations there? 😛 Tell your next date it’s part of your science project! Test! Test! Test! 😃 ---

uuuuuuhff chocolate… who came up with that one 🙄 iv noticed some are soft but i stick to trojan cuz there reliable (never had one break) iv heard of different textures but flavors is kinda weird. bond PS - anyone go to buy condoms and the cashier yells through the WHOLE store :o :o “SHAWN… SHAWN… YEAH WATS THE CODE FOR LARGE TROJAN CONDOMS … WHAT, NO LARGE NOT MEDIUM… YEAH, OK GREAT JUST CHECKING…im sorry sir ur going to have to either buy medium or Xlarge… were not soppose to be carrying the large any more…i hope thats not a problem” wooo just the conversation i want to be having. 🙄 😛 ---

Gentlemen! The flavored ones are for giving safe sex blow jobs. Sprang up the most from the Gay Male community out of necessity to make it as enjoyable as POSSIBLE to play very very safe from the 1980s/90s. Remember, I have lived in SF for 20 yrs! I actually pulled a joke on a friend once - he ended up going into some store and asking the sales girl for a box of small condoms.😮 He was not a happy camper when he got back. LOL.😃 🙄 😛 ---

I used to have a single condom, like those that you get out of vending machines, in a white box with 2 black stripes accress it and in the middle it said “Generic Condom, For Cheap Fuckers”. It was a lot of fun at parties. I wish I could find another! 😃 ---

Not sure if this is something everyone already knows - but since I have oft been called a repository for useless information… I was looking at an article about birth control. It said the #1 reason for condom breakage is … lack of additional lubrication (apparently personal is not enough). I guess one is supposed to buy some special DW40 or something to prevent breakage. So, I spose you all knew this already… ---
