Below is what I still use to maintain the effects of A314 pretty much every day. The strategy does the job quite well but you need to be rotating the ‘peripheral’ mones quite often and be sensitive to what is happening around you (for example if I detect someone more senior than me getting a bit envious from the somewhat undeserved attention that I and my work is getting, I add some IFM or P93 and therefore can get away with wearing high dose A314 every single day)… > [@Why oh why?
