# Correct technique to mix Ammunition and Instant Shine?

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/): 2 sprays, one on each wrist, wipe onto your ears and back of your neck, and one more spray on your chest.

Instant shine: impossible to overdose, start with two on each side of your body or clothes, and good luck!

I’ve heard that Ammo shouldn’t be sprayed on clothing. It’s really tough to get it out of clothes. Can anybody verify that?

YEah appearently products containing androstenone shouldn’t be sprayed on clothes or hair as it is sticky.

Personally I’ve never had any issues with it, then again I don’t spray very often on clothes. The diffusion on clothes is not as good as on the skin because the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) don’t get as warm on clothes.

Actually I don’t bear much AMMO, anyway, when i decide to use it, usually I wear 2 sprays of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) every 1 spray of AMMO.
