# Could pheromones affect your dreams?

A couple people have touched on [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and dreams. I have noted some effects myself. p83 for example made my dreams very ordered. There was one thread in particular that mentioned spraying turn up the heat on ones face prior to going to bed. This resulted in very sexual and often wet dreams. The wet dream may be a side effect exclusivly to that person, but the sexual dreams have been expressed by more than just this individual. Vivid, lucid, and waking dreams have also been reported with many pheromones.
