# Couple comments and questions

I just want to first of thank andriotics direct i believe you guys have one the best customer services out thankyou mickaliea! thank you so much.  
My question is I wanted to ask if some [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) can lose potency?  
Because i think i sprayed on my new batch and it was alot stonger then my previous to gos and i kept the mones in th eback of my shelf is that a cause of it i dont see any damages or because what i notice is the first time i spray a new mone the self effects are so undeniable it could be because my body accepted something new, so?? Where is th ebest place to keep mones or what can you do keep their potency like anew batch always?

Keep it away from direct sunlight and warm places. This will ensure the potency of the products are the same and as good as new! 🙂

I personally think that the sunlight and heat is more likely to kill the scent molecules than anything with the pheros unharmed. Its hard to call pheromones indestructible but they are hardy little shits. The worst case scenario would be youd have broken down neroli (or whatever scent) with pheromones intact.

Many users have left them in extreme heat or cold and nothing seems to phase the products in their opinion so take that generalization for what its worth.
