First question. Does the amount you sweat change your natural [pheromone](https://a314.com/) production rate. I ask this cause I’m a 22 year old Caucasian male but I don’t sweat a whole lot, so would I have a lower -none production than say average? I try one spray of some of like IJ and don’t get near the response I do from two. Is two sprays of IJ a lot for my age?

Second question. I read that -none is very sticky, and won’t come off immediately even with a shower. Doesn’t instant shine have -none in it, and if it does should I stop spraying it in my hair?

Thanks in advance.

IS doesn’t have any none in it… I actually apply it to my hair as well. 2 sprays is a lot however the correct amount of product depends entirely on you every one is different. So you test out each product by itself at a different number of sprays to see what works for you so if you see good hits at two sprays there is nothing wrong with wearing that much. If your worried about build up there are a bunch of posts on how to remove the mones more effectively.

Two sprays of instant jerk is a HELL of a lot of none for your age my friend. I’m the same age as you and not as none bound as other people here and I can’t ever hope to wear that much at least until I’m 30+. Exercise has an effect on your none levels to a certain extent but perspiring itself or the lack of isn’t the reason for low/high lvls.

Its more of a biological and race sort of reasoning when it comes to androstenone levels with exercise/food/bodybuilding as secondary aspects.

If you think you have a low none production consider a couple of things. Do you feel you have a low and deep or more high pitched voice? Are you skinny, heavy or athletic? Basically evaluate yourself for signs of your natural testosterone levels. If you feel like your test levels are high enough (which at your age they should be) then your none levels are probably fine. If you still feel like your none it too low I’d opt more for TuTH than IJ. It has a LOT less none so you can find a sweet spot easier imo. Besides which TuTH is more sexual than aggressive which is what I imagine is the message you want to send if none is a concern of yours.
