# Cover Scent when using Ammo/IShine/Instant Openness?

Hey:  
I’m asking this because I’ve been reading some threads regarding Instant Openess smelling bad… I usually use [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)/Shine combined, and have noticed a “piss” smell from Ammo after a few hours.

Do you guys use cover scents for Ammo? I’m assuming I’ll need to use something if I throw openness into the mix, which I plan to do. However, I am the equivalent of a blind man when it comes to my sense of smell, and I really wont be able to tell if I smell bad, which makes me a little nervous.

As a point of reference, I just tried smelling my TUTH and IO, and I can not distinguish between the two… thats how bad my smell is… the only thing I can really smell is the alcohol in most of the products.

I’m hopin maybe the good smell of Ammo/Shine might overpower a shot of IO if I hit myself with a bunch of Shine and Ammo.

That is probably the 'none you are smelling after the cologne scent dies down.

I just let the cologne scent of Ammo cover any scent from IO. You usually only get a scent from any of these products when you first apply them. You have to remember that certain users here (ie Gegogi) have VERY sensitive noses and are very particular about scents. My wife is pretty particular and she has bever complained about the scent of these products or about the cologne scent of Ammo.

Yep - that is pretty bad - most peope will tell you TUTH has a very particular scent - not bad - but certainly distinct from the others. It is a little “spicier” to me. Amd IFM does have a funk but cover it with cologne or Ammo and you will be fine (if or when you get some - highly recommended).

It should and you should be fine.
