If I were to wear some kind of cologne or spray over my pheros, would it affect the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/)’ full capabilities?

No. You just need to spray the -mones first, allow them to dry on your skin and some minutes later spray your cologne over it.

Some users advice to wait ten minutes but I just wait until the application spot seem dry and that’s it.

Eventhough I haven’t so keen of the smell of pheromones and cologne by androtics, I would not cover anything over it, even the the neroli. As the smell of covered cologne and pheros is not going together well IMO.
