# Cttm2=ih+io

It says it has beta and alpha androstenol in it. Does this mean CTTM2 is just a balance of IO and IH?

That isn’t completely correct. CTTM2 is 50/50 Alpha and Beta Androstenol.

Alpha Androstenol is the main ingredient in IO but it also includes other undisclosed molecules.

Same applies to IH but the main ingredient is Beta Androstenol.

In my experiences, A combination of IO and IH runs a little bit smoother and is more consistent.

CTTM2 is raw Alpha and Beta Androstenol, although not as consistent for me. It’s still a great product.
