I have read many thread about CTTM2 and IO and it seems that they are both ice breakers. From what I read they both seem to clear the space someone has and makes them more approachable. Is it necessary to use both of them? What are the differences between the two? ---

CTTM2 is a 50/50 blend of alpha and beta -nols and gives a little deeper conversation than IO; which can be pure chatter; if you are shy I would go with IO (2x concentration) 2-4 sprays will get random people chatting to you. Both of these products are considered socials and work well with other products of the instant line. Also if you are shy don’t forget the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (2x).
