# Curious: do Ammo and A314 make people respect you, or is my GM just intimidated?

Ok Its been about 2 weeks in and Im extremely satisfied so far. I just have a question about the theory. Will some products like ammo and A314 make people respect you or just make you seem like a respectable person? Because as we all know there are haters out there that dont wanna see somebody else succeed or appear more desirable. I ask this mainly refering to my GM at the resturant I work at. Im 21 and hes late 30’s. It just seems like since ive been wearing pheros hes a little more distant and short. Could it be he is intimidated and thinks he should be the most respected perhaps disired guy at work? I mean Im not slackin at work I show up early to take cattering orders if needed, stay late if needed, and Im the only full time employee thats been there since it opened a year ago. Any feedback from you guys and gals would be appreciated. Thanx

Good question! I tend to think it’s “make you seem like a respectable person”. [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) will not change anyone. They can change attitudes or moods but they won’t change the way another person **is.**

A314 especially is a peaceful but very masculine mix. If someone is used to you being less dominant than they are and suddenly sense that you have changed to be more of a challenge to them they may react in a number of ways; sometimes good, sometimes bad.

If your boss feels intimidated by you that is his shortcoming. He will probably adjust and you’ll feel his respect for you grow in time. On the other hand if you are projecting an aura beyond your capabilities he can and should challenge you to grow to the expectation you create.

This is true, but it is the exception not the rule. You will find much more perosnal satisfaction if you accept that this can happen and deal with it when it does. Look for more positive explanations first. You’ll be happier looking for positives.
