Hi Steve!!! That was quick!!! I made my order on the 17 Nov and get the stuff the next day! Also I really appreciate the gift (IG) you guys customer service is unbeatable! You send me a chocolate too Lo! Very amazing! Now let me get to the point! I got A314, IShine, IG, TUH. Tomorrow I will use 2 drop of A314 and 2 spray of IShine at work. I can’t wait see this stuff working. I will keep ya update! Thanks! ZAO ---

I only joined the forum this week, but I have ordered products from the site for a few months now. I loved the free gifts, personal notes, and incredibly fast delivery times. However, something went horribly wrong this time…😕 I too, ordered on Nov 17. However, I called FedEx today with my tracking number and they told me that they **never received the package** 😕😕😕 FedEx site still tells me that the order has been initiated…anticipated ship date: Nov 17… By the way this is on my invoice: **Delivery method:** _SPECIAL_ FedEx Overnight Next-Business Day by 10:30AM _Fully Tracked & Insured_ (FREE w/Orders over $100) Today is Nov 19th… yup… ☹ ---

Please remember that for situations like these the best thing to do is call our hot-line or submit a ticket which you did today. I looked into it and your order was delivered today. I also replied to your email with this information. That means you received your goodies in time for some weekend fun. 😃 ---
