Really? The PM was signed with your name, and it did come from your account and had your name and avatar to the left of the message. If you really didn’t send it, then it’s very strange. What also seemed odd was that the signature line didn’t quite look the same as in your messages. Here was the sig line in the PM:

No clue. I went and dug around in the PM panel and in the User CP, and couldn’t find anything. Sorry. ☹
