i searched around and couldnt find nething that helped u make a mix that u can use daily in school. I have instant shine, ammo, instant female magic, and instant openness. Currently i am using a mix of 1 shot of ammo to back of neck, 1 shot of opennes to each wrist, 2 shots of shine to head, 1 shot to neck, and 2 shots of female magic to sides of neck… i was wondering if any1 had suggestions of their mixes with these pheros (doesnt have to use all of em) and what results they got.. im looking for a more social mix that makes me look sexy not sexual. Not a club/prowl mix cuz i want to use it daily. In case ne1 doesnt no, im in high school round 15-16 year olds and have blood type a+ ---

A daily mix is as personal as your choice of underwear or fav tracks. It depends on your age, race, body chemistry, persona and goals. The best thing is to try the basic products and work out the best dose and combos for your needs. However I can tell ya what I like for work as a college professor. A 50/50 mix of alpha and beta androstenol covered with burberry Weekend helps keep my students happy, thoughtful & talkitive. A few drops of A314 and a dab or 2 of androstenone helps keep 'em respectful and cooperative. The only problem I’ve had is female students keep falling in love with me and I have to break their sweet little hearts and struggle with terrible temptation… ---

ammo , ifm and shine is ok for daily mix. But if u want somthin more serious i guess swap the ammo out for a314 and maybe the ifm with io or somthing ---

I’m not really sure you need IFM on a daily basis. And in that age range. I would target it more for use in more one on one situations, or where I know I will be surrounded by A LOT of women, especially in “downer” situations (like I wore it to a funeral). I see it as more for “comfort” than high social interaction situations (like school classrooms, dances, etc) but that’s just me. As it can have a negative effect on _some_ men (depressing/downer moods) I wouldn’t use it all the time in mixed gender situations or where most of the group is male, unless you WANT to create that mood (if you know what is going on, you can be the bright spot that stands out in the crowd…). [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)/Shine should be good, and a bit of Openness too, maybe. Mix and match. See what works.
