I’m sure Day 4 was a great confidence builder for you, and you were definitely picking up some IOI’s.
Now I got a little challange for you for day Five: On your next IOI, go talk to her. Or better yet, smile and say hello to a couple of pretty girls and see if you can pull IOI’s out of them.
Last point, if you ask the waitress for her phone number and she refuses, do not let that get you down. Waitress in bars are used to getting hit on a lot, and many of the ones I know have policies that they won’t date guys they meet in their bars. But, the other girls that were looking at you will. 
It would really be helpful to post in your reports how much of each phero you applied and where you applied them. Tisha wrote a great thread on how to test and report here: How to Test and Report On Products UPDATED 12/01
Spraying the socials in your hair is fine. Just apply the hairspray first and let it completely dry before applying the pheros. Also, with Instant Openness you do not have to worry about OD’ing and you can easily apply 3, 4 or more sprays if you want.
