**I’m looking through some old posts and figured I’d stow some goodies here for reference**

Here’s some interesting **thoughts from MHarris on the nature and purpose of A314** , and the proper way to observe hits.

> [@Help/Advice A314/IS](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/help-advice-a314-is/565/5):
>
> A314 is a compliance product that doesn’t provide “hits” of the type that people normally talk about. I don’t know what you’re “looking for”, but you won’t see it.
>
> With A314, you _act_, and get a compliant _re_action. It’s like motor oil – a social lubricant that only works when the motor is running, and does nothing noticable if you don’t. It’s not the type of things that generates huge overts just by benig in someone’s vicinity.
>
> Keep in mind that men who \*act \*are attractive, not men who receive or expect to receive. Women are wired to respond to men who initiate.
>
> Men who _act_ively look for hits and aggressive flirting behavior from women are the least attractive men of all. That’s a feminine behavior. It’s a mousey thing for men to do.
>
> You take yourself out of the game that way.
>
> You still need to develop social awareness, but se sure to look very “lightly”, otherwise people will respond to your act of looking itself. The observer affecting the observed.
>
> Make sure initiation and other male patterns consist of the bulk of your behavior, otherwise you’re like a guy using feminine social strategies. The wrong female social strategies. Like a guy wearing red pumps and lipstick… and not many women will find that attractive!
>
> Which is not to say that you can’t take attraction strategies from women. You just have to be highly _selective_ over what you implement.
>
> One of the best female attraction strategy to copy is their “hard to get” social schema. Both men and women are attracted to what is rare and unavailable.
>
> You can also copy social strategies from women that come from them having excessive amounts of men available to them. Doing things that clearly transmit to women that you must be getting laid, otherwise you’d never do that (“neg hits” and the like), are powerful attraction behaviors right out of lady’s own rulebook.

Here’s a [very interesting thread started by tacitus](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/pheros-as-potentially-intense-emotional-growth-accelerators/2585/1) regarding **the use of pheromones for self-improvement**. PheroQuirk responds:

> [@Pheros as emotional growth accelerators: wearing emotive mixes to build social skills](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/pheros-as-emotional-growth-accelerators-wearing-emotive-mixes-to-build-social-skills/2585/5):
>
> to what extent is this learning the result of having an extra dial to twiddle… playing with none one quickly becomes attuned to the nature of dominance/submission behaviours and status and one starts to see this dynamic in all kinds of situations where it had previously been occult. once you start adding in the reptilians and post reptilian putatives there is a whole set of layers of behavioural programming exposed that one simply would have been oblivious to before.

Here’s a [juicy, juicy thread on the **most magnetic pheromones for men**](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/most-magnetic-pheromones-for-men/3796). Suggested candidates include:

- P74
- TAA
- TAH
- TAL
- P90
- P79
- P93
- Est
- P83
- P84/P85
- P101

There was also some suggestion that an approachability enhancer such as TAK may be helpful in facilitating the magnetic effects of other pheromones.

A particularly interesting idea regarding magnetism mixes:

> [@Most magnetic pheromones for men?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/most-magnetic-pheromones-for-men/3796/9):
>
> I’m thinking that magnetic attraction for large numbers of people instead of select group is more likely to come from a symphonic mix than a single pheromone. That gives a more “well rounded” perception, and also is more likely to hit any single individual’s “buttons.”
>
> Ideally, to maintain the attraction, the dominant notes in the symphony change from day to day. This keeps people from thinking they have the wearer “figured out.”

Here’s some advice from MHarris on creating mixes, circa 2006:

> [@What pheromones do MHarris and Jasmin use?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/what-pheromones-do-mharris-and-jasmin-use/561/5):
>
> I’ll say this. For attraction, it tends to be the simplest and most complex mixes that work the best.
>
> i.e., the “middle mixes” don’t. The “middle mixes” are best for normal socialization and/or business.
>
> A314 is a “middle mix”. Very refined, but often best when mixed for sexual purposes (so it goes more in a symphonic direction).
>
> Alone, I wouldn’t call it very sexual. Sexy, maybe. On the other hand, you will see it used in huge, symphonic mixes to good effect.
>
> Also, simple, or even “bad” mixes of a very few pheromones can be excellent for gathering attention. The type of mixes nature would never make.
>
> It’s sort of like painting yourself blue… but with pheromones. With simple, high dose mixes, you can make yourself a bit of an oddball… and, for better or worse, that will garner attention.

and more:

> [@What pheromones do MHarris and Jasmin use?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/what-pheromones-do-mharris-and-jasmin-use/561/7):
>
> So on one end, you have really simple mixes. Sort of like a band with two members. A recent example would be the “White Stripes”, who mimiced old classic rock, in an even more stripped down manner.
>
> You might even have just someone’s voice as the centerpiece, with the music being incidental. Barry White is known as a “panty peeler”
>
> The other end, you have a symphony orchestra. So many pieces working beautifully, you sort of awe people with the vastness and complexity of it all. An astronaut seeing the earth from outspace for the first time, where he can “see everything” at once, probably has a similar reaction.
>
> There’s many ways to skin a cat.
>
> If I think about it, in youth, many kids find volkswagens appealing… even a little erotic. A simple choice for teen and 20something love.
>
> On the other end of things, you have over the top, high end Jaguars, TVRs, Maseratis, Ferraris, Maebachs, etc., that have a sort of “aphrodisiac” quality.
>
> In the middle, you have practical cars. Toyotas and the like. Nothing particularly “sexy” about those cars whatsoever.
>
> Aphrodisia tends to be utterly simple, or mind blowingly complex. Either catches our attention and can get our juices going.

Dancing Joker chimes in with some pure gold:

> [@What pheromones do MHarris and Jasmin use?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/what-pheromones-do-mharris-and-jasmin-use/561/20):
>
> **Symphonic Mixes Class 101** (aka Potion Making)
>
> “Can anyone tell me what exactly a symphonic mix is? Anyone? Anyone besides the insufferable know-it-all Ms. Granger? Perhaps you, Mr. Potter?”
>
> As MHarris has stated, a symphonic mix is a literal “orchestra” of different pheromones and products combining their individual effects together in a reinforcing and blended fashion as to produce new, often unexpected results.
>
> Think of all the components you are using as instruments in your band, and you are the singer. While you determine and guide how the song is sung, your band of instruments creates the atmosphere and backdrop, and how they mesh together and blend determines how well the song will turn out.
>
> As for concentrations, you should have sufficient quantities to generate an effect, but managing the intensity of one component versus another (also known as ratios) can affect how a mix turns out. Too much Androstenone may overpower the softer pheromones in the mix and steer it towards a mix that generates a darker aura and effects. Too much Alpha Androstenol and people may not take you seriously because they’re laughing their heads off.
>
> My symphonic mixes have individual component concentrations ranging from 0.5 mcg to up to 10 mcg. Even at such low levels, they do have a definite effect because you have to remember that it is the _total_ effect of the mix that’s important rather than the individual components. 1 mcg of P74 may not seem like much, but it may be enough to help produce one building block of the mix, which when combined with all the other building blocks, produces a complete and potent symphonic mix.
>
> Of course, the number of components also plays a significant part of the effectiveness of a mix, and adjustments to starting concentrations have to be made to compensate for them. Generally, the more components you have in a mix, the stronger your initial concentrations of your components have to be in order to reach the desired diluted strength in the mix. Using 15 mcg/spray concentration pheromones may be good for a 5-10 component symphonic mix, but when you get up to 20 or even 30 components, you will probably need starting concentrations up in the range of 50-75 mcg/spray.
>
> My most complex symphonic mixes have up to 36 components, and my starting concentrations tend to be in the 50 mcg/spray range. Of course, it generally takes more than 45 minutes to make a batch, but any good potion maker will invest the time needed for the perfect brew! 😃 I’ve had my share of bad mixes to go with the good, but when they do work, the effects of some of these mega-mixes are just insane! 😮

Some good advice on mixing from sigma:

> [@Too much pheros = no result ?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/too-much-pheros-no-result/4478/8):
>
> It can be done if the pheromones chosen compliment each other in such a way that it produces a logical, centralized effect. the trick to symphonic mixes is to focus on a centralized effect, and to choose pheromones that build around and facilitate that effect. Beyond knowing whats in each product and knowing what the pheromones do, you also have to have a good handle on the appropriate dosage for each pheromone, and also understand how different pheromones work when used together. With a good enough understanding of what each product and pheromone does, picking pheromones that go together when producing a particular type of effect really becomes intuitive. When pheromones complement each other, the synergy can create a much better, more pronounced effect overall, however, when you start mixing products that contradict each other, you can create a muddy effect that lacks and central focus and doesn’t register well with other people. There’s always, of course, the risk of OD.

Here’s [an interesting article](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/fast-forces-of-attraction/9548) which asserts that **attraction is a symphony comprised of the following elements: wit, voice, charisma, class, and body language**.

Here’s a [collection of favorite recipes from early users](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/pheromone-mix-recipes/431). Most are pretty dated, but one post sticks out as being food for fun experimentation with consumer line products. Of course, since CTTM2 is no more, I’d say equal parts IH/IO are probably a suitable replacement, right? Maybe a dash of P74?:

> [@Pheromone Mix Recipes](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/pheromone-mix-recipes/431/5):
>
> Jedi Master Truth Serum:
>
> 4 sprays Instant Honesty (forearms)
> 2 drops A314 (Wrists and chin)
>
> Effects: Creates an unconscious desire to tell the truth and a sort of feeling that it is necessary and expected. More “spill your guts”-y than IH alone, as long as the person doesn’t ab-react to alpha-ness of the A314. Can be used to “force” magnification of IOIs from women, if they have shown them previously, and is fantastic for using as a cathartic in relationships that need it.

> Stoned Life of the Party:
>
> 8 sprays CTTM2 to the neck and chest. The name says it all.

Diane999 recommends a promising **recipe for sexual attraction without androstenone** :

> [@Sexual attraction mix WITHOUT -none?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/sexual-attraction-mix-without-none/28129/6):
>
> Meo-Est + P80 + P91 + Beta Androstenol + AndrosteRONE + TAC
>
> _For you:_
> 25.0 mcg Androsterone
> 5.0 mcg P91
> 2.5 mcg P80
> 50.0 mcg Beta Androstenol
> 10.0 mcg TAC
>
> _For her:_
> 100.0 mcg Beta Androstenol
> 100.0 mcg Meo-Est
> 5.0 mcg P91
> 2.5 mcg P80
> 10.0 mcg TAC
>
> Androsterone has some nice sexy leaning euphoric properties, and the respect -\> attraction -\> love qualities.
>
> Meo-Est is just damned plain sensual for women.
>
> P91 -\> euphoric, loving, thoughtful
>
> Beta Androstenol -\> at this dosage is very deep, very moving, very mysterious and lends itself to mind-blowing sex.
>
> P80 - \> at this starting dosage increases physical response to stimulus, including breathing and heart rate, and increases sexual drive and physical pleasure.
>
> TAC - increases sensual muscle tension, while decreasing “neurotic” muscle tension. Can lend itself to mind-blowing orgasms, guaranteed.

And here are more suggestions on this topic:

> Examples of basic connector/ comfort mixes that still can create the “sexual/ arousal” affect:
>
> 1. IS/IFM/IO - try these first 3 out first
> 2. IS/IFM/IH
> 3. MX203/ IH
> 4. P83/ IH
> 5. P83/P86/ IH
> 6. IS/P79 [10mcg low dose]
> 7. IS/TAH/P83 [optional IH].
> 8. mx203/p83 [low dose 10-20mcg]
> 9. A314/ p83/ IS
>
> I think working with 2 to 3 molecules in a basic formula lets u figure things out pretty quickly. only recently have i really been the mad scientist and tried to blend and mix many mones. For 1.5 years, was doing the simple 2-3 mix strategy with great results. p83 seems to do little by itself, but can turn very sexual with simple combo’s…IS and IH r nice molecules it attaches itself too. From all this? you “should” get results from the simple IS/IFM strategy. Good luck!

>
> Meo- [Est](https://phera.com/)- Comfort and tying all the other pheros together and reconcile any incompatiblities between different Putative effects
> [P80](https://pheromonelabs.com/)- Masculinity and attraction (almost went with P75 but didn’t want too heavy of a Lone Wolf feeling)
> [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/)- Disinhibitor (mostly physical)
> [P93](https://a314.com/product/p93/)- Uplifting and puts people in a good mood but also attractive and more mentally disinhibiting and gives the wearer a high value in the eyes of others (A fun VIP vibe)
> [P95](https://pheromonelabs.com/)- Seems to be subtle but works to provide a sense of connection and bonding similar to P96 (I’ve also noticed some attraction when using this by itself) This one always smells like IG to me.
> [P96](https://pheromonelabs.com/)- Bonding (especially emotionally) but also seems to provide comfort
> [P97](https://pheromonelabs.com/)- Calm, peacefulness that also seems to work like Meo-Est to tie the other pheros together and help move them together in the same direction
> [P102](https://pheromonelabs.com/)- Attraction and fun (I get a very similar vibe from P102 and P103)
> [P103](https://pheromonelabs.com/)- Attraction and fun but not quite so focused as P102- also seems to be physically disinhibiting) Both P102 and P103 seem to play well together with TUTH or P75/P80
