Has anyone tried these? They are based on plants from the region, interesting. The first one is Essense of Jerusalem.

Here’s some text from the first site
[Perfume from the Bible](http://www.adva-center.com/adva-center/index.asp?mainpage=prod1&prodtbl=0&prodcat=2&title=Perfume%20from%20the%20Bible)

> Ever since Biblical times, perfume has enriched our lives. Perfume-making is an ancient art, and you may be surprised to learn that perfume was actually first created in the Holy Land. When the Queen of Sheba paid her historic visit to King Solomon some 3000 years ago, she made him a gift of Persimmon shoots, also known as Balsamon or Balsam. These shoots were transplanted to the lush oasis of Ein-Gedi on the legendary Dead Sea, where perfumers extracted the Balsam essence to create the most sought-after perfume in the ancient world.
>
> Now, the ancient art is rediscovered! The formula of “Essence of Jerusalem”, produces our unique Balsamon inspired scent, representing a blend of 90 different indigenous Israel plants, which are picked during early morning hours in order to preserve freshness of the juices.

I wonder how it smells. It might be good who knows…
