Otherwise known as **Workmans Comp** I was injured in a car crash (was going at posted speed through a **green** light when another car sped through a **red** and T-boned my car, missing my door by a percentage of a second, hitting the passenger door, back quarter area instead) I was in-between clients (I’m a CNA) so it became a Workman’s Comp issue. Their job is to either get the worker back to work ASAP or to discredit them, labelling them either lazy, dishonest or crazy or some combination.🙄 😠 I’ve had a chance for some frank and discreet convos with people who work there, and that is basically “it” Dr “A” refused to give me a referral to a chiro who could actually help, (he referred me to one I just couldn’t trust- that “gut feeling” was so strong I went there just once) and Dr “B” is even worse, stating unequivically that their PT exercises will fix anything needed. There is also a Dr “C” who has been pretty treacherous as well (I won’t bore you all with details) I have X-rays _SHOWING_ the damage, and yet the Drs say they wouldn’t “put too much stock in XRAYS” 😮 I asked them if they didn’t think that “turning on the lights wasn’t a good idea before venturing into a dark room..??”- they blew me off. **Bottom line, I’d like a more honest response from them, and to be treated a bit more fairly.** (I’m not asking for any more Comp $$-it goes _a bit against my grain_ to take wages for hours I’m not working) **just for a referral to the dr who I trust who can actually help** (So far all their PT has done is to aggravate things) I happen to have ISexiness for women en route, but wanted to hear suggestions for dealing with cheats and jerks. My lawyer is waiting for “the wrap up” as he’s only involved in the case with the original ins co ☹ not involved with Workmans Comp as I was foolish enough to think everything was fine at first 😮 They are waiting to pronounce MMI (Maximum Medical Improvement) and close the case Honestly I wouldn’t mind being DONE with them except I’m really still hurt and wanting to get BETTER I was on a Disaster Relief team\* that went to LA last fall and haven’t been able to return or go on any of the exercises for Colorado because I can’t lift more than 5lbs --on a repetitive basis --without accumulating quite a bit of pain either immediately, or in an hour or so, or at the end of the day. Whereas in Sept, I was lifting heavy equipment and supplies with zero trouble **Forgot to mention I wake up in pain every day** \*(btw we have a couple of cool 4 min videos about that, that I have links to, if anyone would like to see them, write me and I’ll send them to you 🙂 ) ---

Welcome to the Great American Medical Machine look… the system is Out Of Control from every level, federal through local. Health insurance costs (I’m not say treatment costs… I mean the entire bureaucratic nightmare) add about $1,500 per vehicle made in the USA. It is one of the main factors putting the US auto industry out of business. People’s lives are being destroyed. The health care insurance industry has grown into a frankenstein monster that exists to feed itself and accrue power. Doctors are being forced into weird “managed care” anonymous relationships with their patients. Nobody wants to say or do anything for fear of retribution. The system is designed to keep you as many layers away from any decision maker with policy level authority as they can. You will only meet “patient interface” people who have rigid guidelines, and if you scream loudly, you may be refeered up to a “flak catcher” whose job it is to walk you around in circles until you give up in frustration. The folks who set this up designed it to be charm proof… rage proof… ingenuity proof… they want an airtight box and that’s how they built it. ---

just tired of being **LIED to** , and \*\*_played with_–\*\*curious to see if there would be a different response with the right arsenal I got spun and hit HARD in the crash- had a huge bruise below my left knee, and knee, hip, rib (displaced) back and neck all on that side screwed up Now, 6 months out, I’m just finding the rib and hip and lower back to be a problem. They have me so frustrated/beat I’m almost ready to pay THEM to _ **go away ☹** _ * * * _ **I guess I’m right on schedule, ne?** _ ---

So far you are lucky. My GF was rear ended when she was stopped on the freeway in traffic. 4 surgeries and $300,000 in medical bills later she was in court trying to collect from USAA insurance and the scum lawyer for the insurance company started calling her a drunk. Later during a break, he told her that she should drop the case or he was just going to keep making allegations (true or not) she would have to keep defending against until she ran out of money. Needless to say, she got F#$%&%. ---

Read this book and see the reality of the situation You want to know how they play the game ? I would suggest reading it for education value. At least you will have your illusions dispelled. Sickening. You wouldn’t believe how hard it is to cut through the corporate veil and force an insurance company to play ball. As a former Federal Government employee with experience with “goverment” doctors and workmans comp issues, I am of the opinion that most if not all are totally incompetent, bottom of the class rejects who couldn’t work anywhere else execept maybe in prisoner interogation if you get my drift. The bottom line is that if you ever have to deal with the federal government for anything related to health care you might as well buy the cemetery plot now because you are screwed. And they wonder why we are so enthusiastic about a Federal Health Plan… As for [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/)… I recall a post (“other” forum) by a -mone user who did a bang-up job of intimidating some lawyer into submission by doing a purposeful super OD on -none (it was a female lawyer). I wonder if IFM would induce enough of a “depressed” state in male adversaries to get them into a more mallable state? Where you could demand a course of action and they would agree type thing. a314-like “presence” on your part? Something to put _you_ in control. (Hmmm, “Instant Revenge”… “Instant Intimidation”… “Instant Eat Sh\*t and Die!”… Hmmmm) ---

See, since this wasn’t a work scene incident\* where I could be blamed for lifting a client improperly, or using equipment wrong, but rather I was driving BETWEEN clients and got clipped by a car speeding along through a red light (witnessed by another driver, airtight case) \*\*\*they had no recourse other than to make my case-or me- look irrelevant.😠 \*\*\* \***(_BTW all this is no reflection on my company or my bosses who are fabulous)_** There was another Dr involved- briefly, “Dr G” who looked at me for about 5 minutes and said my bones were all where they needed to be, but that “the stress in my life was impeding recovery” XRAYS later showed him to be incorrect, but the other drs wouldn’t acknowledge the XRAYS, and picked up Dr G’s line and said that I **" had a pre existing psychological impediment to recovery"🙄** What I had was a case of misplaced honesty: I TOLD them I had other surgery coming up (then May, now rescheduled to Jun) and was concerned that I wouldn’t be fully recovered in time for that, so I may not be back to work before the surgery knocked me out of the box. **Bad move.** Should have realized I was in “enemy territory” and done “yes” and “no” responses- :o The other problem- the outcome of THIS case can and may adversely affect the OTHER case- the one directly with Geico.☹ ---

I learned long ago not to say more than was absolutely necessary. Never volunteer info. Never even _suggest_ you might have been in error or made a mistake. Never leave anything open to interpretation and spin. Just look at how words get twisted in political ads or news commentary/reporting. Get a piece of paper and a big marker and write “CYA” on it and post it where you see it every day. Cover Your Ass. And sadly, to borrow from the X-Files: Trust No One. (at least when dealing with “The Government” or the legal system.) Sad isn’t it. ---

I would recommend IH [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). When I wear it those around me tend to say things that perhaps they shouldnt have. Using IH could work for you in situation where you need to know the truth. You just have to ask the right questions. I’m not sure if this helps. ---

BTW, I will be happy to report what happens as a result of using nomes with the Drs and the Physical therapy people (THEY get close enough to get a whiff, that’s for sure 😃 ) as well as with business and anywhere else there are perceptible difference in occurrances 🆒 😛 🙂 ---

_ **Rats!** _ I have a PT appointment at 9:30 …hours before the mail comes- debating seeing if I can reschedule for later in the day, in the hopes that it will come in by then. The tracking on this particular package only announces when it was entered into the system, and when it will have arrived. The one time in the decade when something seemingly slips off the USPS rails is the once it is the most time sensitive, ne?😃 LOL at me dancing on pins and needles! ---

OK folks TODAY I go see Dr “S”, the new “pivot” in the WComp case.😮 Yesterday I went to my own family drs and they took Xrays, finding some troubling twists, so maybe regular general practitioners will have more credibility than a DC who stands to gain a client. The question: I have IH regular strength - **how many sprays should I wear- and where** to possibly coax an honest thought out of this W/C Dr? (I also have Instant Sexiness, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), Instant Opneness and Spaceland-wow that’s strong!!, all of which besides the latter, I put 4 sprays on this morning-- feeling MIGHTY fine right now, I’m telling ya!😃 My hair is still wet so I have an unused spot on the “palette” so I will be refreshing the essentials at 1:30.)🙂 ---

Well the 4 sprays seemed to work well last time right? However in the other thread in the men’s forum you can see examine say " yea, try 4 sprays of [IH](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) (x2) or 8 sprays of [IH](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) im VERY certain you will freak out.". So you could go higher. You have to factor how long the doctor is going to be within range, his hostility to you and just plain luck. So 8 sprays seems to be extreme and 4 gave good results. Toss a coin? ---

When this all settles down would you give us all a breakdown of what you used, how much of each, when, and where? Reactions/resuts. And gender etc. of “targets.” Could make good readin’ Our own reality show. ---

**Hey if this helps me,** it could help other people in similar situations! 🙂 (“Going into arbitration hearings today…” or something like that) The thing is, I’m not asking the universe to invert any principles-I’m not out to dodge anything I have coming, or anything like that; I didn’t cause the accident, and I just want to get better, and reduce the hassles enroute- Ok… at 1:00-1:30 I will somehow get 8 sprays of IH and 4 of IO on, in addition to the base I layed on this am!
