OMG

Ok… I sprayed on 8 sprays of IH, and had some in my hair brush as well 😃
The Dr slipped a bit and revealed what he was thinking - but even though it wasn’t what I was hoping for, it WAS a revelation.

Will be discussing the ramifications with my attorney.
He may yet get a supoena.
At one point when he was severing our relationship, “relasing me” \>whew\< I asked him point blank about one of the Drs that THEY had authorised, (who echoed 2 others _I_ had seen) that yes , I still had significant injuries, and required care. I asked him if he thought the other Dr was incorrect.

**He wouldn’t answer** , almost physically compressing his lips!
Then he _ **said** _ “I won’t answer that!”
It was an INTERESTING interview, to say the least.
He also refused to let me tape or videotape him, (I have a cooool phone 😉)…so it is my word against his.

I have NO DOUBT that the IH altered the chemistry in the room- wish I had had it (AND the sense to go to my own Drs ) **months ago.**

First, it looks like you can legally record in person and over the telephone in Colorado, with the permission of only 1 party involved (i.e., you).

Go ahead and tape them next time. If it’s not admissable, it’s not admissable… but you won’t get into trouble. You’re not eavesdropping, after all. (and they tape you in stores without asking you first, right?)

Also, remember that any phone system that ever gives you notice that they may be recording calls for quality control or what have you (like ours!), in almost states automatically extends you the legal right to record without asking for more consent. They already estbalished consent for you! 🙂

Second, I wonder how much IH (quantity or duration) would push them over the edge. I’m a little shocked that it worked as poorly as it did at that high a dose.

How _long_ was this exposure? Maybe that explains it.

😃 Since my (home) phone is also a business phone I’m thinking of adding the classic disclaimer “This call may be recorded for quality or training purposes” for ALL incomings…people don’t even “hear” that anymore.
As for the conversation he would NOT let me tape, it was live- my cell records voice and also does video (when I have enough memory)

He DID let his feelings slip in an amazingly unprofessional manner, though, so the IH DID affect him.
One thing was the exposure was very short.
Another was, that I didn’t leave the door closed while waiting (which could have built up the content in the room, so there was some dissapation \>smacks forehead with regret\<

Is it legal to tape someone in person without their knowledge? For example if NobleLady had hidden a voice recorder in her purse. Probably not, but maybe the doctor would have been friendlier if you hadn’t asked to record him. That may have made him feel a bit threatened and caused him to _clam up._

I agree with the person earlier who mentioned NLP as being useful. Sounds as if you could use as many persuasive tactics as possible. There are a lot of resources on NLP online. I’ll send you some links if you want.

I recall a murder case not too long ago where the victim had gone prepared with a pocket tape recorder running when they confronted someone about some problem. I doubt they planned to get killed… But as far as I know the recording served as quite a bit of leverage with the police investigation. I don’t know if it was considered admissable in court. They may have simply used it to get a signed confession.

I also recall that some states require a “beep” at certain intervals during phone recorded conversations, but I don’t know if you still ahve to state you are recording to keep it “legal” or just need the beep. I suspect if the beep is soft enough or not called attention to it may go unnoticed by the other party. You will probably need to check local laws. Also what is true for a state case may not be accepted if it becomes as Federal case. Don’t know for sure but I’d sure check with a lawyer.
