Try to avoid wearing clothing made from man-made fabrics such as acrylic or polyester. Switching to cotton, wool and other natural materials should help.

Well I have read that excessive sweating and body order is caused by to much processed foods which can cause something called the toxic body. You need to stay away from anything processed. Eat whole grains lots of healthy fiber fruit veg ect… Also make sure you drink 8 glasses of water a day at least to help flush the toxins out and clean your pores.

Also use body cleansing Teas, simular to these…

[Detox Cleansing Teas Yoga Features Qualiteas Gayot](http://www.qualiteas.com/features/detox_teas.html)

You can get them at GNC or the health food section of your supermarket.

You may want to try some organic foods if you want to go all out..

Staying well hydrated and sweating regularly during workouts will help, as well as avoiding coffee, animal fats and meat.

Hmmm, if you eat a lot of cheese, that would definitely be the source of bad odor.. Most people have bad odor because of cheese intake. (**edit : oh wait, that’s for bad breath, my bad)**

I’ve recommended to some people to go on a no soap / vinegar regime, and it seemed to work pretty well to eliminate body odor for people who tend to stench towards the end of the day.

But if it’s a continuous problem, it’s definitely something in your diet. Some people are oversensitive to garlic, etc.

Eat cheese and meat I’d say but avoid margerine as that’s highly processed..
Avoid eating too much pasta, potatoes and bread too..
