Dial magnetic is a body wash that has a small amount of pheros in it already, i was curious about adding some from my none bottle to make it a little stronger. Im not talking about pouring the whole thing in but maybe a few drops. I was curious if anyone has tried this before or any opinions on it? ---

I just grabbed some of this from walmart. Today was my first day using it. I wouldn’t add anything to it. Seems like a waste to me. ---

NO. For one they are two totally different [pheromones](https://a314.com/). Dial Magnetic has A1 in it. Which basically has calming, comforting and mood elevating properties on women (from what I hear it works best when they’re on their menstrual cycle) None is a metabolite of testosterone and implies physical fitness and strength and has both aggressive and sexual overtones to it. Secondly, the effects of Dial are probably limited as you rinse most of the soap away. Now when I use it I shower hot, lather and rinse as cold as I can stand it to cause my pores to close up, theoretically trapping some of the soap and thus the A1 in my pours to be diffused later as my body temp rises…keep in mind I have NO clue if this works. If you have none I wouldn’t bother wasting it by putting in an application medium where you’ll be rinsing away well more than half of what you apply. ---

If you break a good sweat that A1 trapped in your pores will be broken down by bacteria into androstenol and finally into androstenone. ---

Why not just apply it AFTER you shower ON your skin? ---

what?? do the pheromones really break down that fast!?? bacteria breaks mones down, sweat and heat just wash them off and make them defuse faster? so if you’d just taken a shower that would mean theres not alot of bacteria on your skin (pondering if you washed well enough) so the with the low bacteria content on your skin it would all defuse and wash off due to the heat and sweat, not breakdown ---

Maybe if you used a good anti bacterial soap, not all of them are. Most will wash away dirt, oil and dead skin but unless it contains triclosan it’s probably not anti bacterial. Dial, oddly enough has a few antibacterial soaps including one called 3D that smells very similar to the neroli cover scent used on many moans. That in conjunction with a scrubbing with a good loo…louf…ahhh fuck it, get one of them AXE scrubbers to remove as much dead skin as possible. This won’t eliminate natural skin bacteria totally but by killing a lot of it, and removing the dead skin that they feed and thrive on you might by yourself some extra longevity for your mones before they become ode de road kill. ---

yep! and if you lather wash rinse repeat, it’s extremely effective I use to just use my hand but after I started using mones, it just didn’t cut it anymore ---

used it..first [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) ever..worked pretty well right out of the shower…but unsure about lasting effect
