Those of you who have seen my first couple of posts will know that I’m a keen dancer - modern jive - and have to get have to get at least two fixes a week & sometimes its more like 4/5. Was planning my first phero outing tonight going dancing with an Ammo / [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) combo. I know, I know… I’ve read the advice about trying stuff one product at a time but you know what us newbies are like. Well one of my other hobbies is photography, and my camera club meet on Monday nights. Well, had a crap day at work yesterday - not your usual just a little bit yuck - more falling out with your boss BIG TIME crap. So that rather took the edge off my thrill of getting home to find my first shipment had arrived, and I was thinking of giving camera club a miss. Then I thought… an opportunity to try just one product - I’ll try Instant Shine and see if it can help my mood. Applied 3 shots - chest, neck, hair (not that I have much with a no. 2 cut - lol). Well after about an hour, I did start feel better and decided to go to the club after all. I took the opportunity to speak to a lot of members and everyone seemed in a good mood and pretty chatty. I noticed particularly that a couple of the women who don’t usually engage easily in conversation, opened up more than usual and were easier to talk to. I’m running a workshop there in a couple of months and approached a number of people to ask them to get involved. Now while I didn’t expect any outright refusals, I was surprised by how positive everyone’s response was to my proposals. All in all, I had a good evening, and enjoyed myself more than had expected to. So reflecting this morning on my first outing with Instant Shine, there were subtle, but distinct effects, particularly being in mind how I’d felt after work. Roll on dancing this evening… ---

Hi Gidders, great report there! I’m a newbie myself, and although [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is the only product I’ve tested so far, I can tell you it’s simply amazing. As you said, it has subtle effects; if you’re in a bad mood your spirits are lifted, but also if you’re in a great mood from the start (must be tried 😃) this stuff really kicks it up another notch! And I think this applies to people around you as well. Man, I should be out there testing it more right now, but as fate wanted it I just got the worst cold ever with my throat being so sore that I couldn’t strike up a conversation even if I tried 😛. Oh well, all in good time… Anyway, best of luck to your further testing, hope to hear more good reports 🆒 ---

Ok so just got home from my first evenings dancing wearing pheros and collecting my thoughts. I was wearing 2 shots Ammo (chest & neck) & 3 Instant Shine (chest & either side of neck - didn’t put one in my hair as I wear a hat - trilby - when I’m dancing). To set the scene, the venue was one I’d never been to before so I didn’t expect to know anyone apart from the (lady) teacher, the (lady) venue manager both of whom I’ve danced with before but probably 1½ - 2 yrs ago and the (lady) friend who I went with who I’ve danced with regularly over the past couple of years and with whom I practice some of the more complicated/showy moves. The evening consists of a 45 minutes class followed by ~1½ hours freestyle dancing. People rotate during the class so you get a chance to practice with & chat to most people. During the class I chatted with my various partners & generally had good exchanges but then the dance scene is a fairly friendly scene. A few ladies occasionally had that look as if they were about to say something but then didn’t. One did say “nice hat” but then I’ve had that sort of comment before - I’ve become know round the venues where I usually dance for the hat 😃 so I didn’t think much of it at the time. During the freestyle after the class on lady commented I was really nice to dance with and another who I had asked to dance earlier, later asked me to dance. I had a dance with the teacher who said that she had really enjoyed the dance, and with the venue manager who commented that my dancing had improved enormously. On the way home I was thinking about this and as I’m a fairly confident experienced dancer I had all this sort of stuff happen before. On reflection now (with a whiskey) 🙂 I don’t remember having as many spontaneous positive comments _ **all together in one evening.** _ The lady I went with, confessed on the way home that she had had a crap day at work and had nearly phoned me to cancel, but she was glad that she didn’t as she’d had a great time. Now I’m quite happy to go and ask anyone to dance (I even asked a bloke to dance last Saturday night - now I’m as straight as they come so that took some bottle - and no I’m not wearing [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) - lol) but my friend is quite reticent about asking even men she knows to dance, and has never asked a man she doesn’t know. So we probably danced together 6-8 times - more than we would at a venue where we know a lot of people - but every time we danced she had a huge grin on her face. At one point they played our favourite record and as we got up to dance another chap asked her to dance. She indicated that she was going to dance with me but… when our dance was over she tapped the bloke on the shoulder and asked him to dance 😮. 20 minutes later she went and asked a different bloke to dance 😮😮. She has NEVER done that before. So as far as I was concerned, the comments I received could have been coincidental as they have all happened before, but to get so many in one night, I’m confident there has been some amplification effect as a result of the pheros. As far as my friend was concerned - amazing - she was buzzing 😃😃😃 Tomorrow night will be out dancing again - this time at a regular venue. My friend & I travel to this venue independently so she won’t get 45 minutes exposure in the car before she gets there… and usually we sit in different groups so unless I make a point of us sitting together she will get much less exposure. So that will be interesting… ---

Was out dancing again last night, wearing the same combo as Monday night - 2 shots Ammo (chest & neck) & 3 [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (chest & either side of neck). It was my regular venue so loads of people I know. All the ladies that I partnered during the class, or danced with later during freestyle engaged in conversation easily and we had a laugh & a giggle. Again no effect that I could specifically put my finger on - just a general feel good vibe, which I guess is the Instant Shine working. **What sort of effects should I be looking out for from the Ammo?** The friend that I mentioned in the previous post sat across the other side of the room, and although we had 2/3 dances she had nothing like the exposure to my pheros as Monday. However she did tell me that she had again asked someone to dance who she had not approached before, so maybe its as much about having taken the step once before and found out that it ok. As an aside, my ex, who I hadn’t seen since New Year’s Eve was there, and we had 3/4 dances. She seemed more open & relaxed than on the previous occasion. She even asked me to show her a couple of moves that she had seen me dance with other women. A night in tonight and then off to Southport for a complete dance weekend. 😃 😃 😃 Probably won’t get a chance to report there unless I can fine a wireless hotspot ---

Well I’m now just about two weeks into my phero induction so time for an update. The weekend before last I was away for a dance weekend so I took the opportunity to experiment a bit with dosages. On Friday & Saturday I increased the dosage to 3 x shots Ammo and kept 3 x [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (both chest & either side of neck). Reaction much as reported before - nothing specific, just a general feel good factor and a good time being had. On the Sunday night I started out with the same dosage as on the previous nights. After about an hour’s dancing I went back to my chalet to change my shirt and took the opportunity to add another shot of Ammo & Instant Shine. When I got back on the dance floor, all of a sudden, the girls that I was dancing with were reacting to me in a much more sensual way - dancing closer, bodies touching & gyrating together is a way that I’ve not experienced before. Fantastic 😃 . My only regret was that, after a whole weekends dancing, my knees & back started to complain by about 2.30 in the morning ☹ . Since I’ve been back I’ve tried the same 4 + 4 Ammo & Instant Shine dosage on a couple of occasions with much the same results. On Saturday night, bearing in mind we’re talking jive/blues dancing, one girl I was dancing with (probably in her mid/late 20s) during a couple of moves, rested her head on my shoulder 😃 … in the sort of way you might expect smooching with a girl in a ltr Out last night, I had far more women coming and asking me to dance than I would normally expect, and reflecting on that now, they were nearly all those that I’d happen to pair with at some time during the class in the early part of the evening. So the question is … **how much further should I push the dosage?** And… **should I keep the shots of Ammo & Instant Shine balanced?** ---

As far as how much you can wear, it’s up to you. You just have to keep upping the dosage until you start getting negatives. From my limited trials of ammo the only thing I saw is that after about 3 sprays the cologne became too much. As to balancing the shine and ammo again it just depends on where you get good results. I usually wear 1 or 2 sprays of double strength (2X) Ishine. More than that seems to be a waste for me. Again, you give some great examples of how these things work thanks a lot! Lookng forward to more! ---

Ok so dancing tonight upped the anti again - 5 x ammo (2 x chest & neck + 1 x wrists) + 3 x [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). No negative reactions that I could notice and a lot of positives. Again women asking me to dance. One girl that I danced with who I’ve danced with before, quite young maybe early 20s - always fun to dance with, well we had maybe 5/6 dances tonight and I showed her some new drops and she was just totally blown away by them - now ok they are nice moves - for example see this video on [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bIlnfKRyuUw](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bIlnfKRyuUw)) where I’m dancing with someone else and the moves in particular are at 20 secs in and 2.03 in - but her reaction was like WOW - AWESOME and she commented ‘I learn so much dancing with you’ 😃 Oh and perhaps I should mention that she was with her boyfriend and yet he doesn’t dance 😕 - I mean what is wrong with the guy ---

Ok update time. For the past couple of weeks I’ve been using the same formula as above - 5 x ammo (2 x chest & neck + 1 x wrists) + 3 x Instant Shine when ever I’ve been dancing with pretty much the same results. One particular incident to report from dancing the other night - I got partnered up with this one girl during the lesson for a little while who I believe is in a ltr with a girl that DJs at different venue that I go to. So she was on her own this night and while we were going through the routine she laughing, giggling, poking her tongue out at me & generally flirting in a way that she never has before 😮 - interesting. Out later on a 2nd date and going to try an A314, Instant Shine, [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) combo - I’ll report back ---

Another update. Seen the lady mentioned in the previous post a couple of times using 2 drops A134, 2x Instant Shine & a shot of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). Had a couple of good evenings with really great engaging conversations (must be the Instant Honesty working) but somehow things have not progressed beyond the chatting stage ☹ Anyway, my initial supply of Ammo had been running out fast - I guess it would using 5 x sprays 😃 so I’ve been experimenting with alternative mixes when dancing. This week tried 3 drops A314 (neck & wrists) 1 ammo (chest) & 2 x Instant Shine (to neck). Well I’ll only applied this mix ~ 5 minutes before two (lady) friends turned up. We’ve taken to having a glass of wine and a chat before going out dancing. 1st comment as soon as they walked through the door was ‘mmuuum you smell nice’ and then while we were have a drink one of them (the lady I mentioned in post 3) couldn’t stop touching me, holding my hand, putting her hand on my leg etc Then when we get up to go out she gives me a huuuuuge hug and, like, doesn’t want to put me down. When we were actually out dancing she still can’t leave me alone, touching me, sitting on my knee and she can’t dance with me enough. Well I made sure she didn’t hog me all evening 😉 but I did notice that I didn’t get asked to dance quite as much as I had been doing with my previous mixes. Now I put that down to the effect of the A314 combined with lower doses of ammo & Instant Shine (which is also running out ☹) Those that did ask me to dance tended to be the better/more experienced dancers, which is probably something of a bonus. Out again last night wearing the same combo and again I had to do more initiating asking for dances. The other thing I noticed that the dances didn’t have the same sort of raw sexual quality as I had previously experienced - not enough ammo? Anyone one any thoughts on A314 + Ammo mixes? I really must get some more Ammo & Instant Shine and I think that 2 x strength is in order ---

Out at a big dance last weekend and tried 2 drops A314 (neck & wrists) 2 x Ammo (chest) & 2 x [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (neck). Had a great night and I have never had soooo many compliments about my dancing - some from ladies that I have danced with before but have never commented before, and some from ladies that it’s been the first time I’ve danced with them. I don’t think my dancing was any different to usual so it must be down to the pheros. I’ve worn Ammo & IS before without experiencing this effect to any significant extent so it must be down to the A314 but it isn’t the sort of effect I was expecting from what I’ve read. 😕 Anyone any thoughts on this? ---

I’ve found unexpected compliments to be a normal effect of A314.
