I’m curious how these products worked out for you guys in the beginnig , because , I’ve been using A314 , IO ,IFM , TUTH and IH in combos for a week now at work and out on the town ,and I haven’t noticed any effect at all ! For example I went out to the bars and clubs last Friday night , first I sprayed IO once on my hair ,IFM once on each wrist and applied a drop of A314 behind my ears and another to my wrists ; Then at the club I sprayed TUTH behind my ears , but…it didn’t seem like it worked !!! So any shared experiences and/or advice would be highly appreciated 🙂 . Oh , by the way , 2 senior members told me not to mix , but you know , it’s so tough to resist to try to have all the “claimed”(?) benefits of all these products , I’m pretty sure you agree guys , don’t you ? Nope. I used each individually for a minimum of a fortnight and sometimes a month, to get an idea of the results and effects, then progressed to using two products in tandem to see how THOSE went for a fortnight. I have been using [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) for years, and now I literally mix my own blends, just as Cat does, because I know exactly what works with what now. However, I definitely still use the the experimones and experimental mixes from Androtics on their own for at least a week, before I even consider adding another product, or adding the experimental mix to something tried and tested, to see how it varies my pheromone signature and the results achieved. It’s really the only way to find out what works for you. If you simply for example, put on say 5 different products, and get results - how the heck will you know WHICH is giving you the results, after all - unless you isolate each for a substantial period, first? Ail 🙂 ---

Salam, Izzy. Ail was right! Even if you get results by mixing all the products, it will only leads you to further confusion! As she said you would not know what works for you! I’m curious on how do you ‘interact’ in bars and clubs where there’re usually crowded by people. I’m not saying that pheromones don’t work in crowded places, but the higher chances to see results are when you “zoom” in at a smaller group of people. The best is at the ‘one to one’ situation where there’re less distraction. If you’re buzy dancing all night long, you’re just enjoying yourself and not ‘allowing’ other people especially women to “feel” you,(unless you’re John Travolta!) if you know what I mean. The fundamental secrets of attracting women actually lies in the communicating skills,and some other elements, or perhaps a thick wallet will do!!😃 You can’t rely 100% on the pheromones, it only enhance your personality and boost your confidence, but the rest you’ve to work for it. Anyway, Izzy, don’t despair.. it’s a matter of learning! Keep on trying, give yourself sometime and I’m sure the results will appear…🙂 Mohammad 🙂 ---

I read up, bought 3 or 4, thought, what an exciting world … if A does this, B does that, C did that, then all together would be a riot. I knew I shouldn’t, I read the rules, but temptation was great, so I did mix. Well, what a waste of time that was. After weeks and months of mixed, confused, nonexisting and unreliable results, I was so ready to call it a day, dump the bottles and forget about that thing called pheromones alltogether. Then instead of dumping them, I used one at a time … What’s the harm, I’ve already given up on it all … Then I noticed something strange, a difference somehow, sometimes, and I possible to replicate … I thought: Are people actually reacting to that ? … you mean I should have followed the rules ?? .. That was after weeks of trial and discounting what I saw. The rest is history. I’ll make a guess, that many still do that, even after reading up about testing one product at a time. ---

I pretty much tried to start with products that were _already_ a mix of pheromones, like Chikara, Alter Ego, etc. (although some “mixes” may of only had two or three pheromones or other “secret ingredients” in them. Chikara for example is supposed to have started out with 7 which is why you sometimes see it abbreviated “C7.”) Then I started in on more individual ones like Primal which is almost all -none. Now I’m going back to mostly pre-done mixes like [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), but combine with _other_ mixes like Instant Shine etc. Part of my problem is lack of targets. If and when I can get into a more target rich environment I may go back to testing each product individually. For a city of 70000 this place can be a ghost town. ---

Don’t mix when you first start out. Mixes work best when you understand the individual effects of the products your using well enough, to know which products at what amounts will produce effects that are ‘in-tune’ with the environment and social context they’ll be worn. Its hard to build that understanding of the individual characteristics of each product, if you’re blindly mixing them right away. Even if you do see results, it’ll be hard to differentiate what each product individually contributed to the mix. Different people will see different effects with certain products. We can’t always rely on what other people say work for them, because our individually characteristics vary quite a bit around here. For this reason, even if you have a good idea of what a product is _supposed_ to do, you need to find out how the product works for you. For example, while a lot of folks here recommend using high doses of IFM, I can’t tolerate any more than 1-2 sprays without things going sour. I also found that it almost never went well when I wore it in environments with a lot of men, and use it now only when I have alone time with a lady. It took me a while to finally find an optimal range with IFM, but once I did, I knew when it was best to use it in a mix, and at what amount. Now in your case I think a number of things might be hindering your results. 1 you could be OD’ing (like mercury says), or the amounts of the mones you’re wearing aren’t ‘optimal’ for you. You could be wearing too much, or not enough. 2 The products you’re using in your mixes clash with you/your personality, clash with the environment they’re worn in, the products clash with each other. Don’t get me wrong, some guys get lucky and see results by mixing right away, but they still don’t build that solid understanding of how to utilize each product individually. Scale it down. If you must mix, stick with two products. ---

Mixing products is fun and exciting, but gets you nowhere when you’re just starting. It’s like trying to paint a color picture while being color blind. Spend a good LONG time getting to know each one individually, because some of them are very subtle. Patience now will equate with mastery later. ---

Izzy, to complete my post above, this is how I test now. When buy a new product that I did not test before, I usually: - Use it alone for few weeks, If results are easy to see, usually 3-4 weeks, if it is a stubborn product, either I store it for later, or test it for about 2 months, depending on potential So during this time; - I vary the dosage - I vary application points, from neck to arms, to clothes - I spray or dab, or use drops, depending on what product and delutant - Play with the delutant: if alcohol-based, I add some oil base, to change sillage and duration - Compare with sister products, eg., bnol chemset vs IH, [Raw Power](https://a314.com/product/raw-power/) vs PI, see what each does compared to the other. So, once I have a good feel of that product, I (may) mix. But only with something I know well. Just be aware that in few cases I found that 1+1 do not always equal 2. ---
