# Dienone in Ammo or Instant Shine? I read it can cause headache and depression

Hallo all, i like to purchase Ammo and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). i read that dienone can cause in Headache and depression by the user. Are Dienone in these two pheros?

AD don’t use it in any product now - and not for some years.
