# Differences (if any) between IH(m)/IH and IO(m) IO(f)

I see IO and IH being sold separately for men and women. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) on the other hand is available for “men” only, though it is also for sale under womens products.

I also noticed that while IH has the same number of bottles in stock for both female and male products, it does differ with IO. The male version has 18 in stock, while the female one has 17, hinting that they indeed are different products - or at the very least sold independently of each other.

The reason I am asking is that I gave some IO and IH to a few girls. While most liked the smell, one of them thought as if it was a male fragnance.

So this leaves me wondering. Is it safe for a gilr/woman to use a “male” version of either IO or IH? Or vice-versa? 😛

PS. Posted this into the mens discussion forum only because it has slightly more (~415%) posts (and likely activity) than the womens forum. 🙂

This question comes up often: IO, Shine and IH are **unisex**. There’s a link from John S. on the board. If I’m wrong someone will say. Pretty sure I’m not.

There is no different between the male and female versions of IH IO and Ishine. Exact same formulas
