Summary
MX320 can probably best be described as “Instant Charisma” and seems to generate a significant amount of social status, respect, and confidence. It has similar effects to MX292 but seems to be more socially oriented rather than sexual. It also seems to have a noticeably increased effect on younger people.

Comments:
I attended an event hosted by my firm at a local sports bar & restaurant. Everyone from my firm was invited to attend, and there was a decent turnout of people. A group of new employees to the firm also attended which consisted almost exclusively of younger professionals (early 20+).
As I entered the bar area of the restaurant, I was offered appetizers by the waitresses working there. One of the waitresses (mid 20+ caucasian, blonde) was extremely friendly and attentive to my needs, making sure to stop by to offer me the next round of appetizers as they came out of the kitchen. She was giving me strong eye contact, winks, and big smiles as I thanked her and commented on how good the food was.
I spent the first half hour hanging out with my co-workers and putting down a few drinks. We were joking around and talking about gossip and travel plans. As I circulated around, one of the new employees (female distractant A, late 20+ asian) walked up to me out of the blue and initiated a conversation. Despite her normally shy and reserved personality, she seemed quite interested and intent on learning more about me. I was getting several IOIs from her including strong eye contact, smiles, hair flips, and necklace play. She followed me as I walked over to the food line to get some food and we talked on line a bit more before she left.
After getting my food, I found an open table to sit down and eat at. I was expecting some of my co-workers who were also on line getting food to join me shortly, but I was surprised when two girls (female distractant B, early 20+ caucasian brunette, and female distractant C, early 20+ caucasian blonde) from the group of new employees asked if they could join me. I said sure, and we started talking about each other as we ate. They seemed to be excited to be sitting at my table and were very open and expressive, laughing and smiling at a lot of my jokes. Both were giving me strong eye contact and were playing a lot with their hair and their necklaces.
We were joined a bit later by female distractant D (early 20+ asian) and male distractant A (early 20+ asian) who were also from the group of new employees. Male distractant A made a comment that I was really cool and it was a pleasure to be able to hang out with me (Similar effect to MX292 with respect hits among men). Female distractant D was very shy but soon opened up and was joining in and laughing along as one of the group. Interestingly enough, I noticed that she was touching the top of her chest/neck area as well as her necklace.
I excused myself to go join my co-workers who were sitting at the bar. One of my managers (male distractant B, late 40+ caucasian) acknowledged and pointed out that I seemed to quite the ladies man that night since most of the new girls were hanging out with me. Several other co-workers (male distractant C, mid 30+ black, and female distractant E, mid 30+ hispanic) agreed and also commented on how I seemed to be a chick magnet while leaving them behind. I just said that I was just being friendly and wanted the new people to feel welcome 
Initial Conclusions:
- MX320 generates a lot of social status and respect. I felt almost like a celebrity at times with the amount of attention and respect I was getting from other people. It’s possible MX320 has a significant amount of androsterone in it.
- MX320 generates a noticeable social “charisma” or “celebrity” effect where people notice you and want to be with you. I did notice that it did seem to require a bit of initial energy and congruency to get the ball rolling. I had to become more socially active and engaging before the full effects could be seen. It’s almost like building up momentum to define your social status and attractiveness.
- MX320 generates a significant amount of confidence and a calm, relaxed feeling. I felt motivated and energized but not to the degree of something like MX292. It was more of a relaxed, laid back kind of feeling where I had the energy to do what I wanted to do if I felt like doing it, but if nothing happened, it wouldn’t bother me.
- MX320 doesn’t have as much sexual effects as some of the other MXes available. It’s more of an attractive mix for enhancing social interactions, although I did notice a significant amount of strong eye contact, hair flips, touching the chest/neck area, and playing with necklaces. There’s likely some androstenone in this mix as well, but it seems to be well buffered.
- MX320 seems to be especially effective on younger people for some reason. There were more important managers and upper level people at the event, but it seemed unusual to me that so many of the new employees (who are in the 20-25 age range) were affected and chose to spend so much time hanging out with me.
