Would 1 dose of A314 work the same for everyone? Getting the same effect or possibly ODing? Does the ratio of effects count toward how much natural [pheromone](https://a314.com/) one has?

One if one were to take testosterone would I have to adjust my mone dosage to compensate with my mone output since testosterone effects the body’s hormones?

Yes everyone is different when it comes to exact doses and how [pheromones](https://a314.com/) will work.
The “commercial” line is produced to give similar results for the majority of people: Exact doses and effects will still differ to a degree.

As for using Pheromones while on a cycle of Steroids: There are schools of thought that this will effect your natural pheromone output.

Look at this thread:

> [@Does taking testosterone increasing steroids/supplements affect natural -none output?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/does-taking-testosterone-increasing-steroids-supplements-affect-natural-none-output/52950):

When one is running a cycle of steroids, particularly Testosterone, one’s body language becomes more Alpha and this will effect the way others, esp. ladies will react to them.

A314 can get very different results around different people, although one drop can be a very useful secondary/steering dose that is widely usable alongside many other products.

IIRC, the principal phero metabolite of Testosterone is Androstenone, so as far as A314 is concerned, it won’t affect dose greatly - A314 is mainly Androsterone, with only a tiny/steering-level dose of None.

Testosterone converses mainly to eRone according to some graphs in this thread:

> Warning: Newbie questions here. I’m wondering if there is available a diagram that maps out how the body synthesizes various [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). Specifically, something that shows things like “testosterone breaks down in the body into this, and this is excreted onto the skin, where this bacteria changes it into this”, etc… I’m interested in this for two reasons. First, it might give clues as to why certain pheromones have certain effects. For example, a pheromone that is produced by a process that …

I think we will come to find that gene polymorphisms profoundly impact how mones work. In that context, P96 may prove to be one of the most powerful helpers for women with certain polymorphisms. I believe Androtics **may** eventually be able to develop bespoke formulas that are target or user specific. For the guys that can afford it…a custom A314 blend. Maybe, as the spray. I know there are some great formulas out there. However, most of them don’t demonstrate the kind of scientific acumen (of the kind in Xiphoid’s post) required to develop these advanced formulas. They are using primitive alchemical methods. They will get left behind. If you get a genome sequence and identify specific alleles, you already could probably make a bespoke self fx formula. My love of mega [P75](https://a314.com/product/p75/) is probably do to one or more alleles. The reverse is true of dislikers. There are no mysteries. There is no alchemy. Only factual discoveries yet to be made. I will make them. And then, the alchemists can eat my dust.

As to anabolics. Two words: Lyle Alzado. It’s not worth it. But, yes, higher circulating androgens are going to produce more metabolites and more mones. Mones are waste products of steroid (endogenous or natural) steroid metabolism. I would expect exogenous T to also create some dangerous endocrine feedback anomalies that may also harm phero output in a negative way. Unless Rx from a doctor, use of anabolics is, well, medically and governmentally frowned upon. So discussion of such topics may invite unwanted scrutiny. The kind already experienced by pro-hormone companies. Australia’s customs are bad enough.

Thanks!

Yes I agree & I’ve read the thread before. So maybe what I think it true about adjusting dosages.

Certainly makes sense to continuously experiment with doses anyway as many factors will alter the effectiveness of pheromones.

Your diet, for instance, will alter the PH level of your skin and so change effects.

Basically a blind study…

Too bad there isn’t a way to find out what’s the perfect dosage to match our bodies. Like a mone machine lol
