Hi there guys,

I’m brand new to this whole pheromones thing and I have ‘Instant Sexiness’ and ‘[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)’.

Can I put on perfume as well as these? Can I use them at the same time as well? 😕

I was thinking that the perfume might cover them up or wouldn’t that matter?

Hi Binny,

Yes you can wear your perfumes. No worries it will not stop them from working, it may even help with diffusion. I have read it is not a good idea to mix them together before application, but no problems with applying both.

So if I were to use both of the [pheromones](https://a314.com/) should i spray them in the same place or difference places? And how much of each one should I be spraying?

Yes you can wear perfume over your pheromones and they still work.

Do not mix Androtics consumer line like [Instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) or Shine and perfume in the same bottle. This is my opinion and from experience it dosnt work as well because it lowers the consentration of pheromones so much you wont see the effects. I have tried it with both products and I ended up wasting alot of good pheromones this way.

If you want pheromones to add to your bottle of perfume its better to buy straight products from the experimone series. The consumer products are already mixed in the correct amounts to get the desired effect.

You need to spray your pheromones on first let them dry down for about 10 min then apply your scent.

I was thinking of spraying the pheromones first and then spraying my usual perfume on top… can i do it in the same places or will each spray have to be in different places?

Yep you can do it in the same place. Spray then let it dry down for about 10 minutes then spray your perfume.

Thanks very much for that! It lovely to talk to someone who knows all about them!

What about the quantities of sprays? If I’ve never used them before how many sprays would be a good starter and where should I be spraying them?

And also should I be getting all the basic pheromones and playing around with them before I start on the more complicated mixes? I’m not sure which ones are good starter ones…

No mixing your own is something you can do later. Its not as easy as some make it look and I still cant get it totally right.

Start using one product at a time to get a feel for what it does. I would say use 2 sprays to spots that warm up on your body like chest or pulse points on neck or wrists. Some of us like to spray some in our hair as well. If you dont see results with 2 sprays move up to 3.

For me the the “hit zone” is anywhere from 3 to 5 sprays of shine and 2 to 4 of Instant sexiness but it may be different for you.

It may take a few days before you see results. Sometimes the product needs to mesh with your own [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) signature for best results. Look for subtle changes.
People staring, smiling alot more than they normally do, More attention, Strangers talking to you more, compliments ect..

Also one more thing can I spray the pheromones together in the same place? Wait till one dries and then spray the other or will they have to be sprayed in different places?

Same place is fine.

I like to leave a few application points uncovered but either way it works. Some people do say that it works better if you can smell the mones just a little bit but I have only found that true of copulins Try it covered then if you dont see the results your looking for try half covered, half not.
