These are my opinions and my thoughts so feel free to chyme in.

I have been doing this since January and I know mones have changed me and helped me become a better person and here is what I have found out.

I have had a few thoughts I wanted to put in this forum, it has to do with how I believe pheromones are similar to colognes, and how mixing them brings into effects that are similar to colognes.

1. I think that most mones have three notes. What I mean in contrast is, each cologne has three notes a top note, a heart note and a base note. Here is what I’m talking about

Top notes: The scents that are perceived immediately on application of a perfume. Top notes consist of small, light molecules that evaporate quickly. They form a person’s initial impression of a perfume and thus are very important in the selling of a perfume.

I feel this is why some of the products I have tried out hit the people very fast and then an hour to two hours later the reactions / hits where gone. I think some of the [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) are designed to just be a start up or an appetizer pheromone.

1. Middle notes: The scent of a perfume that emerges just prior to when the top notes dissipate. The middle note compounds form the “heart” or main body of a perfume and act to mask the often unpleasant initial impression of base notes, which become more pleasant with time. They are also called the heart notes.

I feel that there are some products have just heart notes; they jump right to the main course with no foreplay and no warning. I have a feeling that is why some people are standoffish with some products.

1. Base notes: The scent of a perfume that appears close to the departure of the middle notes. The base and middle notes together are the main theme of a perfume. Base notes bring depth and solidity to a perfume. Compounds of this class of scents are typically rich and “deep” and are usually not perceived until 30 minutes after application.

I really like products that have may just have base notes.

I personally prefer the slower burning products, they sneak up on people and it allows a person to get to know you first, then wham the mone or mones kick in. I feel this is really good for social and personal interaction. Because slow burning products area usually not right in your face, and when it gets to that stage the person is comfortable with the situation.

I have found that if I take this concept of three notes and use it to when I wear certain products together that the hits are more common and more intense. I think it takes a great number of trial and error to get the combination right, but when you do the mixture is magical.
