I have a friend who is always in a state of depression and tried to commit suicide twice last year. Last night when I called her, she showed the symptoms. She used to come and stay with me for a few days and leave. But I also noticed that everytime she spent her time with me, she’s happy, very talkative (in nature she’s a quiet type), like to tease me and shows no signs of depression, but when she returns to her town, she becomes moody. I’m trying to figure it out if any of my [pheromones](https://a314.com/) could “calm” her down, so that I could give her to use in order to help her with her condition.☹ Any help in this matter will be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance. God bless you.

Mohammad

Oh my 😮
True, the 'nomes DO make people feel better, but it may be more **your company** that is the bridge she is walking back across- please don’t underestimate that
Does she have any, ah, professional help?
Does she have friends and family near her who are also able to offer her support?
She needs to have expert help.
You might know or ask her Q’s about who she has nearby to hang out with, and what are some of the things she does/ has that bring her joy, and meaning.
I’m groping here- there have to be people a bit more knowledgeable than I am on this topic, so I’m shooting off the cuff here save to say this is serious and I wish you all the best in throwing her a lifeline.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah! Perhaps you may be right…once before she told me that she like to hang around and feel comfortable (being) with me but I didn’t ask her why. She was a runaway girl after her father rejected her when she was raped at the age of 16 and by the time she reached the age of 22 (her age now), she had been brutally raped 3 times and was gangraped by 4 men and was dumped by the road side. She had a bf last year but her bf used to beat and kicked her face and stomach till she passed out and was warded in a hospital! When she tried to commit suicide, I found her lying on the floor and took her to a hospital and was warded again for 3 days. I called her parents but they do not want to visit her. I went to see her bf but he too refuses to come, so I took leave from work and “camped” in the hospital for 3 days till the Security Guards came and asked me to leave. The doctor who treated her referred her to a psychiatrist but she didn’t turn up for her appointment. Two months later, she tried to take her own life again and luckily the ambulance arrived just on time! What bothers me is, 2 days ago she sent me a text message saying, “It’s better for me to die!”.☹

Maybe splash her with A-1 as a stopgap. It certainly has worked consistently on my GF during PMS and other emotional problems. I even went so far as to put it in her hand creams and perfume (along with androstenol). Nevertheless, it’s only a temporary bandage and she needs to seek treatment. It may be a chemical imbalance in her body or deep seated psychological problems (likely considering the above). Whatever, the source of the problem needs to be fixed. Her TM was a cry for help, so there’s still hope.

Thanks a lot, Gegogi!

I guess you are right! Androstadienone, more commonly known as A-1, is a very popular pheromone within the pheromone community. One of its more remarkable effects is that it can elevate a woman’s mood and even alleviate PMS stress as you mentioned. It has been known to increase intimacy and comfort and can also increase caring feelings. It has been called the “love pheromone” bcoz of the nature of the feelings and reactions it induces in women and also bcoz of its usefulness in more cozy relationship situations, according to the notes from the L-S forum. So, I guess I could give the poor girl a portion of [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) for her to use…hopefully, this might help a little.

Yep check out the female version of [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/). Maybe some estratetraenol and shine too

Oh dear, this sounds serious. Well, since this is a pheromone forum, the best one for this purpose has to be [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) as mentioned. But using pheromones to threat these deep inner issues is like applying water to the leaves of a dried up plant.

It might be unwise also to refer her to a ‘professional’ help also, since what they do is to put her into another type of anti-depressants (e.g. oral) which is also like applying water to the leaves of a dried up plant.

The best thing to do here, is to threat the issue at the core, via mediation, or [Emotional Freedom Techniques](http://www.emofree.com/) or some deep spiritual healings that involve forgiving those whom have abused her.

And yes, your support all the way will also mean alot to her.

Of course lifting the mood with pheromones won’t be the everlasting cure, but the pheromones can help her to get out of the dwell of depression and do something against it. Often depressed people aren’t even able to get up and start doing something to help themselves.

Oh, nearly forgot - there’s a book called ‘Dealing with Depression Naturally’ by Syd Baumel (thanks to Bruce for mentioning it). The author goes through a lot of possibilities to naturally soften or cure depressions - dietary supplements, herbal cures and things like meditation etc… It might be worth a look!

It seems she also needs to regain her self confidence. I think Instant Sexiness A or B will also help her gain some of that self-esteem. I have some seen some amazing positive mood shifts with TAL which is in ISexi. Instant Sexiness + [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) + Instant Shine might be good.

Yeah! I agree with you on this. When she was questioned by the doctors, she was very uncomfortable, kept very ‘still’ and refuses to answer…and the funny thing was, I was answering the doctors on her behalf as though as I’m the one who has the problem! But to tell you the truth, seeing her in that condition, I became more depressed than her and I think I need to drink the whole bottle of [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) for myself to “calm” me down!!!😮 😮

Hi Guys! There is an “improvement” on the girl’s situation/condition, I guess! Last night she asked me if she could stay with me temporarily…so, I said OK. I guess this way, it (might) helps to reduce her stress and at the same time I could monitor her condition closely.

I highly recommend meditation. In meditation, you go deeper and open yourself up to an ocean of infinite possibilities… in this ocean, no matter how profound your problem is, seems like a footprint in the sand.

Ok this is really strange! The girl came to my house last Friday morning (just a day before her 23rd birthday) and we went to the McD for breakfast. She was in a good mood. After that I brought her to my house and she was playing with my PC and listening to T.A.T.U. songs which are her favourite. I sprayed some [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) and Ammunition on my hair and neck. She was happy, showed no signs of depressions and was dancing in my room. Then in the afternoon after we had our lunch, I sprayed some TUTH on myself and after about 10 minutes, she was sitting on a chair in front of my PC and started to cry! I asked her what’s wrong and she yelled at me “Leave me alone!!”. Then she got up and sat on the floor at the corner of the room. I was sitting on the bed quietly and thinking what went wrong. A few hours later I sent her to the train station. So, guys, what do you think? What actually went wrong there?☹

I’m not entirely sure, but the intimidation factor of -none could have a strong impact on a woman suffering from depression. I mean, why TUTH? With a woman with her problems I had choosen a product that enhances trust and rapport and fun - Instant Honesty, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Shine maybe… With someone like her you have to be VERY careful!

Nothing went wrong with you, I agree with the guy guy who posted before. Using pheromones to help is like sprinkling water on a dried up plant. She has got major problems, pheromones probably wont fix em, and they might even make things worse. She sounds like she has had alot of problems growing up, getting raped at 16 is likely to cause psychological issues. She choose a man who beat her up quite seriously, which indicates she has problems understanding relationships, perhaps caused by her childhood problems. I personally think she needs expert help… Not to blame her or anything, but likely, she is getting herself into risky bad situations (getting gangraped for example, which doesnt happen terribly often) perhaps with drugs or alcohol being involved. Most of all, she needs to want to seek help so she can live a normal life. So, all you can do is point her in the right direction, if she wants to destroy her life (which her actions suggest), then she will definately try… Ive seen it before and its quite a sad thing to have to be around.

I got a friend of friend who’s got raped as a child too. She cannot stand the image of a penis or anything that resembles the shape of a penis (e.g. didlo, vibrators, even hotdogs). I am guessing TUTH to be the culprit here since it triggers sexual states in a women.

But of course there could be other reasons. A flashback of memory perhaps, or seeing something or hearing something that reminds her of someting…
