Come to think of it, I think I help people overcome depression. Many girls I talk to seem to have confidence issues. The surprising part is that many of them are cute and more beautiful than they realize. It breaks my heart to see people like this ;\_;. When I talk to them, I choose my words carefully, the tone of my voice, my facial expressions, eye contact, & many other things, to help build their confidence/make them feel better. I’ve given a girl a bottle of IFM (after I had ripped all of the sticker off except for 'neuroinfluence technology, take that MHarris!), but wish I had enough money to give away more things to make ppl feel better, like bottles of IFM or IShine.

Mohammad. . your blessings are very powerful.

Near the end of my lunch period today, a friend of mine asks “Who here wants cookies?” (He has never done this) One other guy and I raise our hands (I didn’t think he was serious). Well, he comes back with cookies for all of us, and I’m like “Wow, thanks man.” And I put it in my bag thinking I’ll munch on it later. I get to my next class and mess around for about 3 min until the nub asian (who thinks he has game, but I read everything he’s doing like a book) comes over to my ‘family group’ and opens a girl in my group (she’s a 10/10). He goes “Hey whats up?” She goes “Oh my God, I’m so hungry ☹”. The guy seems to ignore this and picks up her jacket and sticks his face in it and inhales deeply. I turn around and go “R, You’re a very strange boy.” Then I turn to the girl he’s trying to game and ask “Why didn’t you eat lunch, D?” And she goes “I didn’t have money ☹”. Hearing this, I open up my bag and whip out the cookie (these are large cookies btw, 5" diameter) and toss it to her. She goes “Wow, £, thank you so much!”. The sad part (and the part that makes my blood boil) is the she eats lunch with what you would consider to be ‘preps’, and that none of them took notice that she was without lunch.

Moral of the story: You **WANT** Mohammad’s blessings.

She doesn’t lack money, she just forgot it. . . and, apparently, it’s bad for your social status to ask for money ($2 for a lunch).

Well, it is not suprising.🙂 There’re many similarities in words and cultures between Hebrew and Arabic. Great Hebrew’s prophets such as Daniel, Jonah, Zechariah, etc are stated in the Holy Koran.🙂

I had depression since I was 16, with multiple suicide attempts. Quite often I would get depressed, lonely, feel horrible in general, and this would often be amplified when I was in public clubbing around lots of people and more-so from the effects of alcohol.

Since starting pheromones, not only from the self-effects, my mood and well being has definitely improved significantly. I have bucket-loads of confidence compared to where I had very little at all, and I just generally feel better about myself. But my problems with depression have really been because of lack of social contact, from finding it difficult to make friends and meet people (or my depression caused that) so it really had a positive effect in general.

Have pheromones helped my depression? Definitely!

Do I still get down moments? On occasion, but nowhere near as significant as what I had, it no longer effects my ability to function.

Just thought I’d put my 2 cents in. LOL

Ohhhh Boy! That is very, very serious, man!😮

I know that living in this world sometimes can be “very challenging”…everyone has their own problems but it doesn’t give us the right to commit such attempts by thinking that it is the easiest way out to “solve problems”. Life’s like the sea tide…health, wealth, fortune come and go but it must be lived to the fullest with joy, pride and passion.🙂

Oh, for sure. It was very serious. But at the same time it was something I can draw from, learn from. Its hard to see things from a realistic perspective when one is very depressed, and easy to become negative and pessimistic. I’m not ashamed of what I went through, because there’s nothing I can do to change it, and it allows me to be a better, more compassionate person.

And true, it doesn’t give us the right to commit suicide, because we aren’t in a state of mind to see things clearly. Its easier to give up and end it because when you’re so depressed, being able to feel happy and get over those obstacles seems so much further away, perhaps even impossible.

**Low Vitamin D Tied to Depression in Older Adults**
**Poor levels also cause increase in serum parathyroid hormone readings, study says**

(HealthDay News) – Low levels of vitamin D and high levels of a hormone secreted by the parathyroid glands may increase the risk of depression in older adults, according to a new report.

The Dutch study, published in the May issue of _Archives of General Psychiatry_, supports previous speculation by researchers that vitamin D, depression and other psychiatric illnesses are linked, according to background information in the article.

Underlying causes of vitamin D deficiency – such as less sun exposure due to decreased outdoor activity, different housing or clothing habits, and decreased vitamin intake – may be secondary to depression, but depression may also be the consequence of poor vitamin D status, the article’s authors wrote. Moreover, poor vitamin D status causes an increase in serum parathyroid hormone levels.

Symptoms of depression often appear when the parathyroid glands are overactive, then disappear after the gland condition is treated.

Since both low vitamin D levels and high parathyroid hormone levels can be treated by increasing vitamin D or calcium in the diet and boosting exposure to sunlight, the findings could bring hope to depressed seniors, the researchers say. About 13 percent of older individuals have symptoms of depression.

Researchers at VU University Medical Center, in Amsterdam, found the vitamin D levels were 14 percent lower in test subjects diagnosed with major and minor depression compared with those non-depressed participants.

Parathyroid hormone thyroid levels were an average of 5 percent higher in those with minor depression and 33 percent higher in those with major depressive disorder than in those who were not depressed.

The researchers measured blood levels of vitamin D and parathyroid hormone among 1,282 community residents over the age of 65. They also assessed symptoms of depression, diagnosing 26 with a major depressive disorder, 169 with minor depression and 1,087 as not depressed.

Additional studies are needed to determine whether changes in levels of vitamin D and parathyroid hormone precede the onset of depression or follow it, the authors said.

I would be very careful about using any pheromones around anybody with depression. They may not react to them the way a healthy person would. It’s good to keep a depressed person company but don’t try new stuff out on them- if you want to try “instant shine” on yourself and be around them, fine, but don’t push them, and don’t mega-dose yourself or them- and keep an eye on them too to see how they react (“instant female magic” might not be the best idea, since it might modify cortisol, which in some people can worsen depression… your mileage may vary, though. For some people, it might help. Depression is a tricky thing.)

The best treatments for depression are psychtherapy- talking therapy and medication. It really depends on the kind of depression, too. Sometimes people are angry and they turn the anger inward, other times people are basicly born to be depressed and need medication, other times people have problems that have gotten out of control and they need a sympathetic, patient ear. It really is something that a doctor or specialist (I cannot emphasize that enough) needs to deal with. Friends are good support, but really depressed people need pro’s.

You could try wearing [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) around her and seeing what it does. If it does something bad, the worst thing you have to do is wash it off. Don’t wear a large amount, and look for a dropping mood or agitation/nervous behavior. Just don’t put it on her.

I wouldn’t use instant honesty or instant openness, it might cause her to be attracted romanticly to you which would complicate things. Maybe I’m wrong. Is she attracted to you, or are you just friends?

Don’t forget to always keep your energy a little above the target’s. People enjoy being around people who make them feel better.

This is quite difficult to answer.:o

We became close friends after she tried to commit suicide twice in year 2005. After that she had another 2 BFs, but I still cared for her. When she was dumped for the third time and had no money and no place to go, I offered her to stay at my place. Just a few months ago, she said that she loves me but the problem is, her friend loves me too. Since she’s a jealous type of person and capable of repeating her attempts, I had no choice but to keep my feelings to myself and continue treating them as friends.
