I am always looking for was to spice tings up and keep them fresh in my marriage and that how I began using them. They help but I combine them with other methods as well. I think I did a few posts on that subject. Things we can do to spice up relationships other then mones. Keep in mind with those closest to us it takes repeated exposure with the mones before you see the best results. This is because people are preconditioned to act a certain way around those close to them. They have preconceived notions that you need to sort of reprogram. Its not as hard as it sounds though. Another thing to keep in mind that with pheromones what helps inspire romance and what inspires passion are two different things. Romance and passion are not the same.
