I have been wearing mones now for like for a few weeks straight. Mostly nols and rone, does that pose a problem, or should i take a day off from time to time. TY ---

Personally I don’t see any problem. At least not yet. I guess if you shower regularly, I don’t see any problem. ---

Some people get burned out when they first start using [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) on a regular basis, but if you don’t notice any negatives, then I don’t see a reason to take breaks. ---

I do sometimes epsecially when around family, for example I just got back from florida visiting family, and I wore no pheros at all It is odd though I felt naked that is for sure ---

What did u notice denec when u were not wearing mones. Just curious. Were people colder to u, etc. ---

For more than 6 months i have been using pheromones every single day. I haven’t taken a break for a really long time .. I dont see any negative effects so i dont think i will be stopping them 🙂 But if you are doing some testing i suggest you stop for a day or two and then continue. I change my pheros after 4-5 days of use. I stop the nols but i start adding more TAA 🙂 (example) ---
