Just wondering the percentage of people here that actually use [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) (or it’s component Androstadienone) if you experience any depression effects? For me, I have both A1 and IFM, used alone and together and have never experienced any depressive effects. ---

Yea great poll…yes I get depressed from IFM. Sometimes barely, sometimes very depressed. It makes a good day an OK day, an OK day a bad day, and a bad day the worst day. But it does it’s job. ---

I have noticed no self effect whatsoever, depressant or otherwise, and have even sprayed it directly under my nose when I was home alone, just to make sure. Don’t know whether that’s a good thing, or whether I’m turing into a woman 😕 I am 45 years old though, and it might be interesting to include age groups in the poll, as I am wondering if maybe IFM can have more of an effect on younger men? ---

I think age does play an important role as far the amounts of pheros applied. oh btw i should be getting my package from dhl this morning, i will post my results soon!! ---

im only 19 and i have not experienced any depression at all with IFM. ---

No IFM depression here. I was paranoid about it occurring so I’d always apply to the back of my neck. Then I tried it on the front of my neck and no depresson. Have yet to experience it _knocks on wood_ ---

A-1 doesn’t depress me, even in mega doses. However EST doesn’t do jack diddle either. The preservatives in Costco meat give me severe depression. ---

No depression whatsoever from A1/IFM. Although sometimes from too much -none. ---

I don’t get depressed when I use it. Haven’t noticed that other guys around me do, either. Except once, I noticed one guy in a group I was in, was more subdued than usual. I notice some subtle effects in the women around me when I wear it: I find them friendlier, calmer, and flirty - but not necessarily in a sexual way. Reps to you, umo, for this poll. ---

You’re right - I should have qualified that statement… Other than that one time, I have not noticed effects on other males around me, and I wear it often. So that is an observation, like many hit reports, that cannot necessarily be attributed to the [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) application. ---

I get really depressed from the littlest bit of A1. I honestly can’t wear it for more than a few hours. ---

Yes I get depressed from IFM and Androstadienone. It seems to put negative thoughts into my head and saps my energy levels. Sometimes it isn’t so bad other times it is a terrible feeling. Life is too short IMHO to be spending the day depressed so I avoid it. When I wear IFM/A1 around men, I definitely notice less friendliness. Once I decided to wear it (on top of my usual mix) next to a ‘happy go lucky’ guy work friend. We were sitting next to each other the whole day and I could just see from the way he was sitting all day, he was struggling with something… Its definitely not worth the hassle IMHO especially considering a combination of some of [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/), P93, TAA, Estratetraenol and TAK will do a damn fine job at making women feel more comfortable… I could find posts from a number of guys as well from LS and this forum who had depression/negative effects from A1/IFM so lets not underestimate the problem… Visionary ---

I’m getting depressed waiting for my [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) to arrive… I’ve only used a To-Go bottle of the stuff. I never used any more than two sprays at one time and sprayed them to the back of my neck. I didn’t notice any negative effects. ---

I’ve already experienced one cycle of the PMS and I know for sure this month was a non-bitchy cycle, and also throughout the month I noticed a lot more “niceness”. I’ll have to see another month through the PMS cycle to know for sure how it works, but so far, so good. 😃 I’m also working on ways to couple it with IH and any “chatty” nols + with IS to help facilitate better and deeper emotional communications with the spouse. Yea, I feel the same way visionary does. It puts negative thoughts inside my head. It makes me feel agressive, like I want to fight or something. When I wore it the other day I told my one of my exes, who I am normally friendly and sweet to, to go jump off a building or get hit a by a car - for absolutely no reason.
