# Do you guys.....

Even wear TUTH and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) together? Or is there really no point? I like Ammo with IO works well but curious if there’s any point in adding some TUTH to it? what would happen I wonder.

I’ve read almost the whole forum.  
Mones are different for everybody.  
None works great for me with older women (30+).  
Even a high dosage 4x IJ.  
It depends on your natural mones and your behavior.

Try it and report back.

You can use both. It depends on your anone threshold. You may need to use a little less Ammo or a little more IO with the mix to balance it out though. Also take into consideration where you plan to wear it to. If your going to work or something like that then skip the TUTH. It works but its not as productive in that environment because people tend to mask at work. Socially it should be fine.

It’s completely safe to use TUTH with Ammo provided you have a solid buffer. Tisha recommended IO, which is also good, but also consider using TAC as well. For every 2.5mcgs of TUTH use ~10mcgs of TAC and that should keep you out of trouble. Bear in mind TAC will slow TUTH down a little so if you want to see hits from TUTH plan on being around your target more.
