Hello Fantastic New Members. Everyday I have been getting messages from new members who have not received their GC’s even though they have been sent. I notice there is one common thing about all these members. They have Yahoo or AOL email addressees. Now I don’t mind looking them up but I know you want them ASAP so you can place your orders. Odd. Granted I’m an “old” member (with an “old member”… HA! beat you to that gag! Wait… maybe I shouldn’t say “beat” and “member” in same line… Nevermind… long day…) but I have both AOL and Yahoo email addys but have not had trouble with getting emails from androtics to my forum registered address. And I don’t have Androtics in my address books. But I suppose it may be worth a try to those who are having problems. I have heard from other Yahoo Group members that they have had problems having their posts end up in Yahoo spam folders… often… Maybe I’m just unique. (That’s “unique,” NOT "eunich!) 🙄 ---

Once you click on the first few emails they send it usually registers its not spam and they wont go to the spam box any more. At least on AOL. My AOL addy is fine because I added Androtics to my address book when I got my first mail from them. On Yahoo I had to click this is not spam and after that it was fine. The GC is often one of the first emails they get from Androtics. They consider it spam until you indicate that you want mail from this company. Most times when I tell the member to check there spam box they end up finding it there. Could be other problems to but I cant think of any other reason it would just be these to email services all the time and rarely others. We will give it a try and hopefully it will cut down on the amount we have to look up. 😉 Tisha ---
