Yea I scrub those points whenever I take a shower, cause Iā€™ve at least been wearing one phero šŸ™‚ ---

Do you get consistent results based on the same dosage repeatedly? oh btw you could get IFM equivalent at natural attractions. Select the womenā€™s unscented.šŸ˜‰ ---

Well I always ā€œscrubā€ my entire bodyā€¦but if I have used -none the day before then Iā€™ll give the application points a little extra work to make sure I get everything off. ---

Iā€™ve been taking 2 showers a day when wearing pheros. Once in the morning before heading to work (prior to my morning application) and once in the evening before I go out (prior to my night time application). Depending on the product Iā€™m using (-none heavy products), I will wipe down with hydrogen peroxide prior to showering or while showering. ---

Just my normal shower routine of morning and evening. I only endure a hard scrubbing to exfoliate skin once a week or so. Any more and youā€™d be red 'n rawā€¦ No problems with build up after 6 years. ---

I hardly ever scrub, probably like once every 2 weeks or a month. I usually stay away from the -none products, given its offensive nature and inappropriateness for my environment. And also because I donā€™t want to deal with scrubbing or OD or anything like that. I usually use the socials like [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/), CTTM2, IG, SL, and when I wash up, I just wash it up with body wash and call it a day. I hope that is enough to keep me ā€˜cleanā€™. ---

I would think soā€¦ the alcohol based [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) seem to clean off much easier than the oil based products like A314. ---

i usualy use alchohol or peroxide after i come home from using pherosā€¦unless i shower, that usualy should get them off effectively šŸ™‚ its allways a good idea to wipe them off so you have a clean slate for the next use. sometimes i forget but i havnt noticed any difference in reactions. šŸ™‚ ---

I suppose the heat must release the pheromones from the fabric. ---

yea, it actually still smelled pretty good, so there was still some of the perfume in it as well, so im not too concerned ---

If I wear anything with None or anything with Ammo or [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/) scent I will use Tea Tree oil to wash and Shampoo with Tea Tree also to make sure I get all the mones off. Otherwise I havenā€™t had any other issues I just shower as normal.
