# Does high testosterone boost your pheromones, as Tim Ferriss suggests?

Do any of you guys know about the effect that testosterone has on [pheromones](https://a314.com/). I’ve been reading a lot about boosting testosterone lately and in a book by Tim Ferriss, and a few other articles that I read, everybody says that a side benefit of very high testosterone is that girls are like extremely attracted to you, very touchy/affectionate, and overall just much more sexual. Tim Ferriss mentioned that a girl he was on a date with was intoxicated on pheromones. Anybody know exactly what that is about?

According to biological averages, females are attracted to the male with the most testosterone in his sweat. Testosterone-building then is a worthwhile exercise. The ways I build testosterone are through targeted exercises (which also release feel-good endorphins), and keeping masturbation to a minimum.
