# Does P75 help with SAD (Social Anxiety Disorder)

P91 weakens the [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/) effects, 20mcg was no problem around guys, there were even super friendly. P97 is just an opening molecule like IO, maybe even better but doesn’t last long at all.

Using at least 6-7 molecules now to buffer/steer 30mcg of P75 effectively, didn’t find P9- series effective for buffering a high dose of P75, neither P74, for the purpose of attracting women.
