Sweating seems to enhance the pheros for a little while but too much sweat washes away the pheros.

lol. it’s probably just cause you’re IN Texas 🙄

Yeah, I’ve noticed that sweating a little seems to enhance the diffusion of the pheros, but if you’re working out and sweating buckets, those synthetic pheros will be washed away. Good news is you have your own natural pheros in your sweat that are replacing them. The best part is your natural [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) are free of charge! 😮 😃

I agree with nbully. Light to moderate sweat really enhances the pheromones but once you get runny…it’s all over man.

I heard a tip from someone that you should drink more water when wearing pheromones. I guess all that moisture inside your body helps diffuse the pheros more when u sweat.

You should drink more water because your body tries to excrete matching pheromones and it can be very draining. Also, people who are dehydrated respond much more heavily to certain pheros. This is not always a good thing…

Your sweat contains natural pheromones so it can be a good or bad thing depending on your body chemistry and hygiene. If you have plenty of bacteria you’ll quickly smell funky. Plus bacteria will act on [artificial pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/), e.g., androstenol breaks down to androstenone, and may unset your perfect mix. Put some pheromones in your armpits on a steamy day and enjoy the greatly enhanced funk. Worse than chimp ass…

Combination of what Nbully79 and Gegogi said: body heat will help diffuse the pheros. Sweat will start to wash them away and combined with the natural bacteria on your body start to work on the pheros. Hence: The body heat that generates a light sweat will help diffuse the pheros but the sweat will start to wash then away and bacteria will work on them. A heavy sweat will wash a lot away AND can leave you smelling STINKY BAD. How bad is determined by your body chemistry and the pheros you used. Certainly if you used a mix with 'none but as Gegogi mentioned there is also the androstenol to androstenone conversion to consider also.

Tater did you read that in a study or is it what you have found in your own experience. I am referring to “excreting matching mones” I am just curious because MH and Jas have always said it wont change your natural mone output. We have always said that they enhance not change.

Its interesting and could change the way we suggest products.

I do agree its important to stay hydrated for many reasons.

It would be nice if there were a way to test our own natural output so we could find out what’s in our natural signature.

It’s my experience too. I feel a surge, reddening of my face, at some times. Not necessarily sweating though. I think my body is excreting some -none at that point.. I found it happens when using -none, _sometimes_.
If one gets angry, or does some crazy singing almost like shouting, I think the effect happens too..
