I’m just starting with it (my journal is [here](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/nick-going-for-100-of-who-i-should-be/64764)), but I think it does work if you take a little bit of a scientific approach and try to learn from veteran users before you just jump in. Have you ever seen a kid sitting in the driver’s seat of a car pretending to drive? A lot of times, the kid just moves the steering wheel back and forth rapidly and makes engine noises. It seems to me that a lot of new [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) users approach this the same way. That is: a lot of bluster and no method.

If you are careful and have an extended learning period at the beginning, you can go far. You are in the driver’s seat, but you need to learn how the car works first.
