Looks like your off to a great start. You may want to check out IO or CTTM as well as IFM if you haven’t gotten those yet.

IFM may be good around your EX.

A314 with some Ishine will be fine for work interviews. Smiling is important as Robbie suggested. Intimidation or approach anxiety with A314 occurs more in a social setting. In work people generally have to interact with you so it works well there once they see that smile.
