Hi all, I usually don’t let anyone know I use [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). But later this year, I’ll be moving in to stay with my girl, and I know it’ll be inevitable she finds out my nifty little secret sooner or later. Question is, does anyone here has your significant other knowing you use pheromones? And if so, what is his or her reaction and does it still affect him or her? I wonder should I just tell her straight up and keep it in the open. ---

Hello Oceanborn! Thank you for starting this thread. I’m very curous to know how people, the “significant others”, behave when they know about Pheros. Until now, I’m in your same situation, so I can’t help you much, but I’m curious about it. I really believe that if I said about pehros to the closer people that I know, they’d think that I believe in osme kind of voodoo stuff… And could make fun of me, at least, until they’ll feel the power of A314 over me :-)!!! My sig other and I live together and he does not know. We do have seperate bathrooms.. lol so maybe that makes it easier. I took any identifying labels off my products and replaced them with my own abbreviations on the bottom. It just looks like I have many different scent bottles. He may find this odd since I only wear three different scents, but whatever.. LOL I think I’ll tell him afterwhile, though. I think it could make things interesting. But for now, I enjoy experimenting on him without his knowledge. 😉 ---

there was a thread somewhere on here, where the guys girlfriend found a bottle (if i remember correctly) of his pheromones, and since, the effect of them has worn off. maybe because she has a reason other than blaming her attraction on the fella, but more on the pheromones. have a search around, its on the most recent pages for sure 😛 Ben ---

Something like this could make a lot of people feel manipulated which is kind of dumb, but it will instill a natural resistance or doubt of what they see, thinking you are now some how less attractive but hiding it or something The best cure for this is to fully explain what happens and how it works and how it is not manipulative, it actually just gives everyone a better experience They were talking about the future of pheros as a wonder drug, giving immediate highs with no damaging side effects, making people feel wonderful or talkative or euphoric without damaging their bodies or minds its interesting to think about ---

I don’t share my secret with my husband and it has been several years that I am wearing them now. I have so many perfumes and body sprays that the bottles go unnoticed. He won’t even wear cologne himself so I would guess they fall under the realm of girly stuff and he just doesn’t pay attention to them. ---

I told my girlfriend, who I’ve been seeing for about a month now, what it was when she found the bottles in my room. She now knows about [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), but no subject of manipulation ever came out during conversations. She said she loves how it smells on me and she seems to enjoy them thus far. I guess it depends on people. ---

That’s great, Eslite! I think manipulation is only likely to come up if the person is having second thoughts, anyway. Otherwise, I think there’s natural resistence that there’s something out there that can control us through our noses. ---

I never actually told my husband but I dont hide it from him either. I know he has heard the word enough times. He has seen the forum. He knows who Jas and SteveO are. He has had to notice my pheromone closet by now LOL He just was never into it. I dont think he had much faith in it. He has picked up bottles here and there and asked “whats this one do?” I just say I dont know its a test product and he will sniff it tell me it smells like shit and thats that. He finally asked for a bottle of A314 the other day. Not by name of course he said… I want some of that shit Robbie wears LOL. So its on its way. I still think he thinks its like aromatherapy, and unless he flat out asks “What exactly is a pheromone” I aint telling him LOL. Tisha ---

I didn’t admit to using but mentioned the possible uses for socialization, dating and professional/work related. I’ve debated whether or not I should tell my fiance’…still wondering how I could pull of keeping them a secret after we move into a house together next month. She has a medical background and would probably be open minded about it, but there’s always the moral dilemma that it presents to people who don’t understand how pheromones really work. I’d rather tell her than get caught with them..so its either tell her about them, or stop using them 😕 ---

It is better to be honest about it, but its difficult with something like this because the pheros get so much hype that people think its like mind control, when really most of it is just how you act with the aid of the phero’s they just give you a push at the beginning and you take it from there I bet there is a fair amount of placebo confidence that helps a lot too just from seeing the effects first hand or getting self effects for the first time ---
