Hey, my name is James, and I’m 22, in college in New Mexico. I’m a bit of an introverted guy. Especially in the colder months of the year. That’s not really my problem though. I tent to be the perpetual nice guy. When I’m on my game, people really like talking to me, but it never turns into anything more. I’ve got almost a ‘gay best friend’ relationship with like 10 girls. And I’m overly passive in most relationships. I’m just really afraid to step on anybodies toes. I can sometimes come off as a bit creepy, so I don’t want to present too strong of an image all of a sudden. I want a way to restore what I’m not good at during the cold months, and then I want to build on what I have. Not to obliterate my current relationship dynamic, but to turn that trust-able nice guy persona and convey that I might be capable of something more. So I was thinking A314 might be a bit much, maybe IG would be more appropriate. I also like the idea of IS to make myself more appealing to people in general. Would ammo be good for sex appeal, and how does it compare to TUTH? Also, would it be better to start off with IO or IH for making connections? I’d like to feel like people are really connecting wit me. Haven’t bought anything yet, hoping to get the $25 gift certificate. ---

Welcome to the forum James. IG and ammo are great starting points to gently ease you out of the friend zone. They’re each a bit different so it is best to try both and see which fits you and the gals you like best. a314 and tuth are a bit stronger and may have some negative effects so I’d save them for later. IH and IO are both great socials, but that doesn’t seem to be what you need right now, with so many female friends. I’d concentrate on the IG and ammo, but it never hurts to experiment with the socials if you want to have fun exploring effects. ---

Hi James, welcome to the Pherotalk forums! First the difference between Ammo and TUTH is that Ammo is a more attractive, sexy, phero you can use every day while TUTH is for ‘turning up the heat’ on something that’s already there, like when you want to spice up the bedroom situation, so I’d go with Ammo if I were you. 🙂 [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) makes people chattier and you more approachable, whereas Instant Honesty makes the conversation deeper and helps with creating some intimacy - again, I’d go with the former. A314 might help you if the alpha male thing is what you’re going for - maybe in small amounts over time? Reading up on that and IG in the Men’s forum and Journal section will be a big help to you, I’m sure. Hey, welcome! How are you? Enjoying the cold weather? We guys have all been there. It is hard to get out, but it is doable. In the meantime, go try to flirt with other girls. For mones, I suggest [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) + IH. Ammo would help you seem sexier and ih would increase intimacy and trust. Welcome to Pherotalk! Great and proper introduction you got there, and you seem that you already know what you are looking for! IG + IS is indeed a great combo for your situation. Ammo will make you appear “sexy”.. some girls you know might get creeped out, while others that are “somehow” attracted to you in some way, will be REALLY interested on you. If you don’t act upon this interest as soon as possible though, they will just… move on. Don’t buy TUTH for now. Try these three products first. Hey Jamie, Ivebeen preaching about this a lot lately. Get a togo bottle of instant jerk, i love how it makes me feel carefree. it should help release your inhibitions about stepping on people’s toes. be careful because too much will give off an a-hole vibe, and not the a-holes girls sleep with i say throw in some ammo to get that sexy feeling going. im glad to hear you have no problem with conversations. maybe a togo of a314a could help you as well, its that status pheremone that makes people value you more i hope things work out for you man, i know about the dreaded friend zone ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Rocksursocks! I know IG and Ammo are great sexual products that show masculinity and dependability however I am not sure if they will assist getting you out of the friends zone. Most guys end up in the friend zone because they are dependable and women feel they will be there always to take care of their needs. Since you are already giving the nice guy persona I suggest you go with a product like tuth or instant jerk to balance if off and give off a more sexually strong and aggressive vibe. A314 is good for something like this but it’s not for persons who are shy or who don’t already have that alpha male persona. You can pick up a couple 5ml since it would be cheaper with your gc and do some testing. Haha. Nice you’re making a change for the better 😃 But you got to realise pheros arnt the cure all. CoolKat is right in a sense. But you have to work on yourself. Once you got that [Pheromones](https://a314.com/) will work Soo much better. But yes. AMMO is a definate. Do some research and find out what kind of mix you want and add something else for an extra edge 😉 lastly Id slowly transition into sexual mones. TUTH -\> be careful with this one. The pheromones should help out with her being attracted to you. But from there on its up to you.
