# Dosage Help

So i’m stuck on deciding on what dosage to get for p74, p75, p79, and p83.. what do y’all recommend for a 21 year old?

The standard concentration for putatives is 12.5 mcg per spray and this is where you should start when first purchasing them.

Dosage of course, you will need to test.

Have a read of this, will give you an indication of how to reach your sweet spot/dosage. Also helps if you keep a journal so you ( and us) can compare your results 😉
