# Dosing Alpha-7, Ammo and IS for studio sessions and clubs

Everybody is different and what works for one person wont necessarily work for you.

Yes you can OD with Ammo, Instant shine is much more difficult to OD with IME, I have used up to 4 sprays of the 4x strength and have had no negative effects appart from a mild headache and feeling rather drained at the end of the day but no noticable adverse effects on others.

Once you have found your sweet spot for both Androtics products you can combine them for a very effective combo infact Ammo + [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is a forum favorite. Alpha 7 I have never tried so I cant help you out with that
