# Double strength worth it?

Hi im new to this [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) business, preparing a order for turn up the heat and instant shine in sample to go size just for trial, theres double strength for a few more bucks is it worth getting? 🆒

As a new user, you should try one spray and increase the spray if there is no result.

If you buy double strength, it will be difficult to know the right number of spray for you. A double stength phero wil be like 2 sprays, 4 sprays , 6 sprays compare to the normal strength.

After you know the right number of spray for you, then you can play around with the double strength pheros

I think it depends on the product. TUTH is androstenone which is relatively easy to overdose for a lot of people. So I recommend getting the normal version here (2.5 mcg/spray).

[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) on the other hand can not be overdosed, so you might as well get the x2 version so you don’t need as many sprays…
