I Finally received my 1st order (after few glitches..thanks Steavo for the refund).

I ordered:

1. Come talk to Me 2
2. A314 (15ml)
3. ExperiMones (Androstenone 5mcg/spray) with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) scent (custom added).

Now I can start reporting results. Can someone please provide me with that template for reporting the results.
