Hey all, Going thru a bit of a rut with my boyfriend of almost 4 years. He thinks our sexual chemistry is dwindling…we’ve been pretty boring and unexciting in bed although we are very in love and attracted to one another. I guess we’ve been missing that old “throw down” factor in bed. In an attempt to spice things up (along with other ideas) i ordered some [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) items. I can’t say with Primal, I haven’t personally used it. Not one of the best ones from what I hear. Cops though…they should do the trick 😃 You should probably know that cops aren’t really the ideal product to start with…it can be quite tricky to get the hang of. Read the stickies here in the womens section on what phero’s do, and how to use them. There’s a section on how to apply cops the right way, how best to cover the stench and other bits & bobs 🙂 ---

Hello! Well I got primal because i was originally interested in [Lust After Me](https://phera.com/product/lust-after-me/), but its out of stock! I read posts saying if you mixed the two i mentioned then you get the same effect. ---

Yeah, LAM has been out of stock for ages, longer than I’ve been a member…it’s unlikely to be back in stock any time soon as Androtics are out of stock of cops ☹ I’ve not heard that mixing PI with cops would give you the same effects as LAM… Is that an old post? Do you know how to mix it? ---

Good choice to keep the cops tho 🙂 TUTH is for men to attract women but some women use a _smidgeon_ for self effects. It wont arouse your hubby tho…IS/a or IS/b would be the best ones for that. Which one depends on your personality & which vibe you’re after amongst other things. I suggest you read the stickies here in the womens section 🙂 ---

I have used Primal with EOW and it has similar effects to LAM but much more mild. Lam and Primal have the same mone components in them but LAM is much better quality in my opinion. I would suggest you get some [Instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) EOW and use a little tiny bit of TUTH yourself or have your boyfriend wear a spray to spice things up a bit. That and a trip to Victoria secret should do the trick 😉
