ok i finally got one…i got the 510/yeti in black..for $50 with free shipping i did tons of research at that forum it took me forever to figure out which one to get but that the one i went with…wish me luck should be here i think on tues or wed shipping from the US vis USPS ---

SillyKitty, is Ping also your juice supplier? I was curious if you had any particular recommendations for flavor. I’m down to my last 3 carts for mine and based on reviews, decided to get some [Totally Wicked E-Liquid](http://www.totallywicked-eliquid.com/product.asp?id=28) tobacco flavored. I’ve also found out which model mine is, an RN 4081. It seems to be reviewed as a decent device, but HOLY HELL was I ripped off. **To anyone else considering a purchase of one of these, DO NOT buy from a mall dealer. They’re resellers and they mark up something like 300%.** I paid $130 for a starter kit that can be found online for around $50. Thankfully, it’s a good quality model, but the raping of my wallet still smarts. A mall dealer is only good for trying before you buy, but make sure to have them open a new cart/mouthpiece for you if they offer to let you sample it. Anyway, that DSE 901/b with the blue LED looks slick, and I’ll probably be getting one eventually. At first, I thought it was cute that mine looks like a real cigarette at first glance, but reading some of the experiences of people from that forum leads me to think something a little more discreet would be prudent in some cases. I’ll post an update when I get my juice in a few days and let you guys knoiw what I think of it. -D4 ---

However, I have gotten e-juice from [Puresmoker.com](http://Puresmoker.com) and [myvaporstore.com](http://myvaporstore.com), and was very happy with both. [Puresmoker.com](http://Puresmoker.com) seems to go through their inventory quickly, and often is out of stock. [Myvaporstore.com](http://Myvaporstore.com) has great prices, and I only tried the menthol flavor, but it was very good. ---

btw i just got mine today…talk about fast shipping i ordered it late friday and got it a few minutes ago..it is charging right now..i also got my juice from myvaporstore as well.. how do I drip? what i mean is once the cartridge is empty how do i refill it? i keep hearing people talk about dripping? or do i wait tunil the one cartirdge is empty and then just fill it up with the juice I got from myvapor? btw i got the marlboro one because i wanted to see how close to the taste of marlboro since that is what i usually smoke when i do ---

I’m not sure what “dripping” means, but I just add a couple drops of e-liquid if it starts to feel “dry”, you’ll know. I think you’re not supposed to run the atomizer dry, its bad for it and might kill it Also, I rinse out my atomizer under really warm water, and drain it on a paper tower (with the side that faces your mouth and the cartridge down). Otherwise old e-juice accumulates and gunks up, and may cause an untimely atomizer death. Of course they don’t tell us this, they want us to have to buy a new atomizer. I also blow out the water a little before draining it, I put my mouth on the side that connects to the battery and blow gently. Try not to let spit from your mouth go in when you’re blowing, lol. Thats how I take care of my 901 atomizers, don’t know if it would be the same for yours or not. ---

From what I’ve read “dripping” is dripping a drop or two directly on the atomizer. This sounds like something you can do on the go, since refilling cartridges involves rinsing out the old and injecting the new juice with a syringe. You can wait til the cartridge is empty and dry, or you can do what I do, which is to add a drop or two onto the white cotton stuff from time to time, because a fresh drop or two applied to the white cotton gives nice fresh hits. So I keep one cartridge going on and on and on. Unless yours is the syringe kind, then I guess you could add it however you’re supposed to. I’m glad I don’t have the syringe kind, I can’t imagine being out someplace and wanting to add a fresh drop, and bringing out a syringe. I guess I could do it in the bathroom or something, but what a pain. My [myvaporstore.com](http://myvaporstore.com) bottle is kind of big, because I bought 50 ml, but what you can do is rinse out an eye drops bottle, and put some in there, its much more portable. When your cotton starts getting tired, pull it out and rinse both it and the cotton in very hot water, allow to dry, and there you have a fresh cartride. All you have to do is add your e-juice, maybe 6 or 7 drops, very slowly, let each drop absorb before adding the next. When your cotton gets worn out, go to a crafts store and buy 100% polyester batting (make sure it is not treated with flame retardant though). Cut a little piece, roll it so it fits your cartridge and you’re good to go. Unless you don’t mind paying 65 cents apiece for new blank cartridges (which I refuse to do). It may take a little trial and error to get your cartridge stuffing just right, but its totally worth it. Why spend money on blank cartridges when you could be saving that money up for a nice bottle of Talisker?? 🙂 ---

Just to clarify the syringe thing, I believe that’s just a preferred method of refilling to precisely place the juice into the cartridge without fear of spillage. From what I’ve seen, doing what you described, SK, should work with any model cartridge. -D4 ---

I have not really tried mine yet…i was reading the manual and it says you should really charge it a good 12 hours before using it…so i will find out how good it is tomorrow i did test it out to make sure it worked and it did..but too early for me to give a good review..i think if it does not have a good charge it will not have a good vapor ---

If you’ve charged it for a few hours, it should provide enough power for a few good hits, however everything I’ve read about these batteries indicate they’re like cellphone batteries in that erratic charging can reduce the total charged life, so… Seeing as how you’re not a habitual smoker, it probably shouldn’t be too bad to wait. 🙂 I’m looking forward to your thoughts on it, as the 510 model is looking like my next vaporizer purchase. Totally Wicked has a set of them with a charging case that looks hella convenient and a decent value. Yes, definitely make sure you charge it the full time.
